‘Click’ and Discovering Online Insights
May 21, 2008 10:26 AM
Imagine the power of seeing what 10 million people do online every day. As the general manager of global research at Hitwise, I do this every day. More than two years ago, I had the idea to write a book about my experience finding online trends and insights. “Click-What Millions of People Do Online and Why It Matters” will hit bookstore shelves Sept. 2, 2008.
We're going to try something different with “Click.” In the next three months before the book's release, we'll be offering the readers of this blog the opportunity to download a free chapter a month. I'll be blogging about examples in each month's free chapter, applying current Hitwise data to news and current affairs.
I look forward to sharing this journey with you and reading your comments.

Hi Bill: Your book sounds fascinating. Can't wait to see it. I'm working on something similar that may be of interest - called "SurfingThroughNoise: Riding the Online Knowledge Wave," currently located online at http://www.edpath.com/stm.htm
