Biden: Wife Wants to Maintain Her 'Own Identity'
December 20, 2008 9:16 AM
Vice President-Elect Joe Biden said his wife, Jill, a community college professor, will continue to teach after she becomes second lady.
"She's been contacted by several four-year colleges and community colleges in the Washington area. She very much likes the community college student body, the people coming back in their late 20s, early 30s," Biden told me in an exclusive interview airing Sunday -- his first after the 2008 election.
"And so I don't know where she's going to do it. And this probably will not be full-time. It will probably be part-time," Biden said.
"But, look, I think it's very important she have and maintain her own life, her own identity. And she'll be a very active second lady. She'll be very active. But I think it's important. It matters to her."
And Biden argued, "I think it's a good example to set."

I applaud Mrs. Biden for wanting to continue to teach and help young adults reach their academic goals.
Education is the key!!!!

Who really cares? Anyone that's pro-choice, like she is, has their morals in the toilet. She and her lying husband are the worst examples of Christians, I've ever seen, along with all the rest of these friggin liberals.Someone should pray for them so they change!

Mrs. Biden would also like retain her sanity in the midst of DC politics and teaching is a productive way of distancing herself.

Anna:
I heard a quote the other day that went something along the lines of "wear your virtue lightly because it fragile." Wise words.

Anna-How does posting hatred against another Christian make you a better "example" of one?
"Do not judge lest you be judged. "For in the way that you judge you will be judged; and by your standard of measure, it will be measured to you. "And why do you look at the speck that is in your brother's eye, but do not notice the log that is in your own eye? "Or how can you say to your brother, 'Let me take the speck out of your eye,' and behold, the log is in your own eye? "You hypocrite, first take the log out of your own eye, and then you will see clearly to take the speck out of your brother's eye." (Matthew 7:1-5)

It's all about me. So much for doing what's best for the country.

That easy enough, nobodys ever heard of her.
Posted by: JoeForSure | Dec 21, 2008 12:11:26 AM
That's a no-brainer!
Why would any woman want to
be known as Mrs Joe Biden?
There is no such position as the
"court jester's wife" is there?
