Didn't Obama's campaign give ACORN $800,000 for voter registration? Wouldn't truly looking out for the American people involve investigating and cleaning up/shutting down an organization that appears rife with corruption and has been the recipient of millions of our tax dollars?

Obama doesn't want to take responsibility for his endorsement and close relationship with ACORN. For him to say he isn't following it closely is probably a blatant political white lie. Of course he and his team is following it. They just don't want Obama to associate himself in any way anymore to this organization because it could rip him apart politically.

The ACORN that boasts 1.3 million registered...but forgets to mention roughly 400,000 were rejected!!!! Has anyone ever tried to calculate the cost to local governments that have to go through and reject roughly 400,000 "Mickey Mouse" ACORN registrations??? OBAMA better pay attention to the numbers in the house and Senate that seem very close to VETO OVERRIDING numbers to cut off ACORN funds!!
