She picked up an important message for the Libyan opposition from the General commanding US enforcement of the no-fly zone.
Here’s what General Carter Ham wants the rebels to know:
“Among my concerns right now is that the opposition will over-reach in their haste to move west. They are not a match for the regime forces. If they move hastily and get destroyed, then there’s nothing to stop regime from moving right back down the coast road.”
Martha was the first reporter to interview Ham last week after the U.S. and its allies started bombing Libya.
