Ride of the Future?
I had an opportunity to take a ride today in a new electric car that has perhaps one of the best shots at being the U.S. answer to Japan's popular Toyota Prius. Designed by Santa Monica, California-based Coda Automotive, the four-door sedan isn't powered by gas. The electric battery can plug into any standard AC outlet.
