GOP Senators to Use 'Obama Reasoning' Against Sotomayor
Judge Sonia Sotomayor stuck to her script and avoided Sen. Lindsey Graham's "meltdown" Tuesday.
GOP Senators did what they had to do too: persistent questioning that laid predicate for opposing Sotomayor without appearing to be mean-spirited. And while Sotomayor didn't hesitate to toss aside President Obama's definition of what makes an ideal justice, watch for GOP Senators who vote no to invoke the standard Obama set with Roberts and Alito.
