Teaching Kids How To Cope with Your Job Loss
While unemployment is undeniably stressful for parents, it can be even scarier for their kids. More than 1.7 millions parents have lost their jobs this year alone, and must decide how to tell their children—or whether to tell them at all.
Julie and Chris Mitchell worked for the Gildan Activewear plant in Moira, New York until the factory moved it's operations overseas. They lost their jobs on the same day last August—eight very long months ago. Click here to read more of their story.
