Katrina 'Angel of Mercy' Arrested

Rhonda Tavey, a Hurricane Katrina volunteer, allegedly kidnapped five children she took in after the hurricane, claiming the mother was neglectful and threatened her. Tavey believes she is "keeping these kids safe" but authorities say what she has done is illegal.
