Pan-Mass Challenge

The Pan-Massachusetts Challenge raises money for life-saving cancer research and treatment at the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute through an annual bike-a-thon that crosses Massachusetts.
More than 5,000 cyclists from 36 states are participating with a goal of raising $30 million.
