Obama Secret Service Star Struck by Robert De Niro
February 04, 2008 8:42 PM
At our first campaign event of the day today we were all surprised to see Robert De Niro come on stage to introduce Barack Obama. He gave a funny speech tackling the inexperience question head on. Obama took the stage and seemed happy to have De Niro’s support.
But he's not the only one - Obama said his normally cool secret service, became giddy at the sight of De Niro on the trail. His secret service agents - who normally don’t even crack a smile - were suddenly elbowing each other when De Niro walked in. Apparently everyone is star struck! Obama was also joined on the trail by Senator Ted Kennedy and Caroline Kennedy, who’s support, is politically crucial, but as far as his secret service is concerned- not quite as exciting.

DE Niro's speach was wonderful, lot of humor and right to the target. In French it is said: aux ames bien nees la valeur n'attend point le nombre des annees. Value of someone is not a question of age but intelligence, maturity and self determination

BKMC: yes this country should so look to the french for guidance...that way we will learn how to surrender to the terrorists

re: anon. So while it is ignored that countries like France, Germany, Canada (and others) still have thousands of troops in Afghanistan with NATO ISAF and when France, Germany, Canada (and others) told the US that there was no good reason to invade IRAQ, they are called weak? That kind of logic goes well with freedom fries.

BKMC: Don't mind them. They are angry and disatisfied HRC supporters. They'll come around in a few hours, just in time ... in their voting booth. ;p

Wow, are we that angry to the point where quoting a country's saying means to look to them for guidance? In fact, I didn't know that France had surrendered to the terrorists? I tell ya, I believe those terrorists are nothing but animals(forgive my harsness). However, when people with cool heads get drawn into the fray, you've become anything but better.

If all you're looking for is change for the sake of change, you are a fool. Yes, let's join in the change from a democratic republic to a communist nation. Obama is an avowed communist in sheep's clothing, the only change he offers is the new, slick, packaging to fool the politically and intellectually inept. If you vote for Obama you are either completely ignorant or you want to live in a communist nation. If you are foolish enough or ignorant enough to sell yourself into slavery go somewhere else, don't drag the rest of us that choose freedom into your Marxist nightmare - WAKE UP!
