Unlike countess media types, I do
not believe Obama has won this
nomination until MI and FL are
finally taken care of.Counting
them it takes 2225 delegates and
not 2025 delegates to win.

But, I will be very very glad
to see it over.

If The DNC Strictly Applies The Rules, Obama Will Lose

A strict interpretation of the DNC Rules that follows the reasoning of the DNC Memo circulated today would require the following results:

A. The stripping of 50% of the delegates of Iowa, New Hampshire, South Carolina and Michigan.

B. The full seating of the Florida delegation.

C. Should the DNC RBC reject the safe harbor provision for Florida, then Florida would have 50% of its delegations stripped, but Barack Obama would be entitled to no delegates from Florida due to his violation of Rule 20c.1.b. .

By my math, a strict interpretation of the DNC rules would result in a net gain of 80 or 89 pledged delegates for Clinton.

Some reality:

The Idaho primary was last night. In the Feb. 5, caucuses, Barack Obama won 79% of the vote to Hillary's 17%. A total of 21,224 Idahoans participated.

In last night's primary, Obama won 56% to 38%, with 42,000 voting.

Twice as many people voted in the primary as the caucus and Obama got 23% fewer votes.

The same thing happened in Nebraska, Washington and Texas, the other three states that have held both primaries and caucuses.

well said. How can we send this to MSM

O-Bozo certainly has an advantages in the caucuses. Since caucus-goers are usually much more into politics and, in turn, on the party line, he does well. The lesser advantage he has when the majority vote should worry him a bit. Those votes better represent the rank and file and, added to Republicans in the November election, could easily swing the election to McCain.

In the November election, a 5 or 10 percent defection to McCain would mean the state's entire electoral college vote goes against the democrat.

As usual, the great middle majority will determine the results while the left and right fanatics will cancel each other's votes.

Emma, Hill the Bosnian General was the firts one to decide to punish FL and MI for not respecting the DNC rules and regulations. She is not a champion for voting rights, but a champion for Hill that is a very shameful egocentric attitude and a dishonest judgement. She has lost the major contest: pleadge delegates, superdelegates, popualr vote and number of states won. She has to give up because there is no way that she will be in a position to overturn people's vote. McCain is not electable and so is Hillary. These two blong to history or prehistory in the case of McCain, nobody should use fear to bring people to think differently. God bless America and God bless Obama. OBAMA08.

Hillary Clinton could have had this noination a long time ago, if she had learned how to work the caucuses. But , as usual, the Clintons thought they would be handed this nomination and a first term Senator could NEVER run over the Clinton Machine. I think it is embarrasing that the Clintons have been stomped on so badly. Even if she does get the nomination through "dirty tricks" in back rooms in Aug. she is a disgrace to her gender. it is called NO CLASS...she is like a spoiled child who has been denied candy. I am SICK of her!!!

Obama's opinions shift by the hour. How can anyone believe a word he says?

Posted by: Soetoro No! | May 29, 2008 10:37:18 AM

How did Obama managed to surround himself with so colorful characters like Mr Wright and Mr Pflefer (they are anything but clergymen) if he is not a racist and a radical himself? Twenty years listening to Mr. Wright and exposing his children to that kind of racist monologues...Twenty years of associations with Mr Pflefer, to the point of obtaining for him tax payer´s moneys...How about the by-proxy connections with Farrakahn and Mohamar el Kadhafi...Wake up America, you might very well be voting in another presidente Chavez. Mr.Chavez was elected democratically, then with the help of the legislature has ben eroding people´s rights, and perpetuating himself in power by reforming the constitution and declaring himself president for life.

i am so sick of Obama that i jsut want to puck. EVERYONE BEWARE. HE HAS A MUCH DIFFERENT AGENDA THAN WHAT'S HE'S SAYING. I am so sick of him thinking of himself I'm a pooor black man let me win. He has NO expericne. His wife is a B from the word go. YOu watch if he's out next pres. all the whites will not have any say. if hillary pulls it out you watch all the blacks including obama will stay it was stolen from them. i'm so fed up with the blacks thinking they get chaeted. FL & MI should have given it ALL to Hillary. I hope more and more pastors come out so it will hurt Obama more and more. i know one thing. if hillary does not get the nomination i will eitehr not vote or vote for McCain in the general election and I can see most whites doing the same. Obama has NO place being the president. how can he be proud of our country when he ony started wearing a flag on his jacket. give me a break. i firmly belive obama has muslim ties and we don't need a man like that holding the highest office. this is a man who cannot win battlegroudn states, can't win white middle class working people's votes. it will be a sad day if the blacks starting running the united states.

Caucuses are not democratic and should be abolished. It is difficult for the elderly and handicapped to have an input and actually represent die hard democrats only - not all those who turn out in November. If Hillary is not on the ticket McCain will be our next president!
