Night Two Report Card: A, A, A 'Good Night'
August 27, 2008 2:09 PM
David Schoetz reports:
An emphatic Hillary Clinton speech, Chelsea Clinton’s emotional introduction and a newfound thirst for Republican blood in the water earned the Democrats in Denver three "As" in Night Two’s "Nightline" Report Card.
ABC News' Chief Washington Correspondent George Stephanopoulos said the New York senator earned the top mark -- even if she failed to "fill in all the blanks" on the man who put a stop to her own 2008 presidential dreams.
That shortcoming at the convention’s halfway point earned a "C-," Tuesday night’s only mediocre grade. In the category of body language, including between the former first lady and would-be first lady Michelle Obama, the players scored an admirable "B+."
Will former President Bill Clinton and presumptive vice-presidential nominee Sen. Joe Biden, D-Del., keep pace when they address the party faithful?

Hillary did a great job. I was very impressed with Michelle. I can't wait to hear Joe tonight. Bill scares me a little but I am sure he will take his stand and make it firm.
Go OBAMA/Biden!!!

Hillary is a great speaker but Obama will not get my vote. Nothing can be said that will influence me to vote for this politician from the corrupt government of Illinois!

I think all the speeches were outstanding and deserved A's.
I think there's another A+ speech that you didn't talk about, and that was John Kerry's speech where he compared "Senator Mc to Candidate Mc", he deserve an 'A' too. His speech was one of the effective attacks on republicans.
Thank you and
Kwame

Hillary Clinton was spectacular. This extraordinary senator rose to the occasion and got the job done that she was asked to deliver.
Our loss is that she is not our candidate. However, she inspired me to reconsider my vote against Obama. The fact that he chose Biden was the first stroke of genius he has exhibited to me.
The Dems have brought in the big guns to bring this inappropriate candidate to a new level.
The only reason I'm more inclined to Obama now is because of Biden and the remarkable Hillary Clinton.
Also, I still miss Bill...I would vote for him in a heartbeat.
