Closing Arguments: Phelps' Bong Backlash

No doubt about it -- Michael Phelps was the star of last year's summer Olympics, earning eight gold medals in Beijing and bringing his lifetime total to 14.

And by now you've seen the photo published last weekend featuring the Olympian at a college party in November, bong in his hand, smoking marijuana.

Late tonight, Phelps was suspended by USA Swimming for three months, an announcement that came on the heels of Phelps being dropped by the cereal and snack maker Kellogg.

So tonight, we ask: Should Kellogs have dropped him? Should the USA team have benched him?

Tell us what you think.
