Nearly a month after his public apology, scandal-plagued Tiger Woods -- the world's highest paid athlete -- announced today that he will return to professional golf at The Masters starting April 8 at Augusta National Golf Club in Georgia.
It is a tournament he's already won four times , as he resumes his quest to break the majors record held by Jack Nicholas.
Experts say Augusta, known for tight security and respectful galleries, is a smart play. And of course, professional golf is thrilled to have it's biggest star back.
