How is it that Ohio GOP statewide candidates Sen. Mike DeWine and Ken Blackwell can have their heads handed to them by liberal Democratic Reps. Sherrod Brown and Ted Strickland, but Rep. Debbie Pryce, R-OH, holds on to her seat in Columbus?
