It is not a bad idea, but an even better idea is to be able to charge people who have AIDs if they do not disclose to Medical personnel and partners.

I guess you wrote this to hurt Huckabee"s chances at becoming a nominee but I am glad you did. A very good idea that I had not heard of before.
