Kitty and Countallthevotes,

Talked about Ted Kennedy, I think it that way also. Maybe has something to do with the tumor?.
I'm sorry to say this.

Power2people,

Hillary cares about dems and may support Obama even DNC treats her so badly .
But don't expect her supporters would act the same way.
We have our freedom to vote .

and how does Hillary feel about McCains choices for judges, Roe v Wade, real democrats? How does she feel about the war or the draft? How does she feel about the DNC, whose former boss, Terry McAuliffe is her campaing manager? Why does Hillary want to maginalize Obama inevitable victory? How does Hillary feel about bringing the Democratic Party together again? Or was that a great facsimile of her saying that the differences between her and Obama are minimal compared to those between her and Mc Cain. You thind Hillary wants to see McCain elected? All this belly aching because your candiate did not win is rediculous. GO ahead and vote for McCain... see what you get. Maybe bush wasn't bad enough for you? You are cutting off your nose despite your face. LISTEN TO HILLARY!

I heard Rezko has been bailed out with lots lots of money.
I wonder who bailed him out.
Was it yesterday suppose to be his trial in the court?

Clinton/McCain: The SCt follows rather than leads public opinion? You need to visit my first grade son's civics class. The Supreme Court neither follows nor leads public opinion; it interprets the Constitution. McCain reads the Constitution to not include a right to privacy and accordingly to not include a right to terminate a pregnancy. If he becomes President he will appoint judges who agree with that take on the Constitution. Pointing this out is a "scare tactic" only insofar as it is "scary" and it is "true."

Hillary first,

I agree.
Thanks for the great post.

You might be right about the majority of Americans being pro-choice, but McCain is NOT and HE picks the judges. He has made his litmus test CLEAR.

Clinton/McCain: I have no reason to doubt that your daughter is a responsible adult, but tens of thousands of responsible adults become pregnant every year. If you vote for McCain you will be saying that you do not care if those adults cannot get the medical attention they desire and need. That's a wonderful thing to do. For your daughter.

That is too funny. In what universe is Ed Koch "one of the country's most prominent Democrats?" You could probably find a healthy number of voters who thought he was dead.

I wonder what's on Alan Crnaston's mind.

Nat Turner, you are on the money, but there's no need to try to convince people on this blog. You see, 5 minutes into the first debate between McCain and Obama it will be obvious, even to those who would wish otherwise, that the voters have a choice between yesterday and tomorrow. The difference between the candidates will be stunning and the general election will basically be over at that point. It will be Obama in a landslide and people will recall the moment the two candidates first appeared on the same Presidential debate stage as the point at which this election was decided. McCain will have Republicans thinking longingly about Nixon's 1960 debate performance.

..and Hillary is blaming the media for being sexist. Not blaming herself for lying, propagating lies, pandering and running her campaign into the red.

Posted by: texaslibby | May 20, 2008 2:57:32 PM

Nat Turner,

Do you even have any idea how very offensive you are?? Panties?? Sweetie? Actually yours is much worse. I won't waste further effort on you. YOU are really not good for your candidate. Do you even realize that?

Posted by: countallthevotes | May 20, 2008 2:56:48 PM

All who like John McCain:

1. Consider that it has been reported that he attempted suicide twice while captured.

2. Upon returning he dumped his wife after she had been hurt in an auto accident.

Has he ever had a psychological evaluation to handle the stress of the Presidency? Thomas Eagleton got bumped from a VP slot just for treatment.

No drunk voters allowed.

Man, that explains why BHO is losing election in Kentucky.

Posted by: fat cat | May 20, 2008 2:53:07 PM

OK, Obama is smart, but that further strengthens the notion that he is a phony hypocrite.

Posted by: fat cat | May 20, 2008 2:50:27 PM

Nat Turner,

Hillary took the DC bar once. She simultaneously took the Arkansas bar. She was already set on a life with Bill so the DC bar was just gratuitous. In essence, she was studying for the two bars simultaneously and sitting on back to back exams, flying in between. Not an easy endeavor. She never took DC bar again as there simply was no need for that. She was not practicing law there.

Obama passed the IL bar but that is it. He is listed as "inactive" is that like voting "present?"

Posted by: countallthevotes | May 20, 2008 2:47:55 PM

would you all stop. They are both smart and would probably make better Presidents than McCan't.... unfortunately Barrack just left a bitter taste in my mouth and I can't get past it. I wont vote for a Barrack canidacy without Hillary on the ticket... And yes, I have heard all of the impassioned pleas about the supreme court. With the democratic party positioned to win a super-majority in both the house and senate, I am not so sure a little balance in the white house wouldn't be a good thing. We always seem to be better off with balance in our government.

Nat Turner,

Do you how and why Obama became president of the harvard law review?? YOU should do more reading. It was not grade on anymore. A few years prior Harvard needed to change the rules to have more diversity. He is smart; I would never state otherwide but ne is no equal to Hillary Clinton and that certainly never translates in his debates.

Keep reading: Harvard Law Review those years.

When Obama loses the general election, he'll probably go on a 57 state tour of blaming Fox.

LOLOLOL.

Sorry, this is just too easy with this clown.

Kitty,

I do feel badly as Ted Kennedy has really suffered tremendous loss in his life but still dedicated his life to service of others. I note that when I saw him recently being interviewed on TV, he did not look well and did not speak well either. He was directly asked whether or not he thought Hillary would be a VP pick for Obama. He said essentially that she was not up to Obama's "moral aspirations." I was shocked as it was such a politically stupid statement, in view of the closeness of the race, the schism in the party and among voters, and his own history. I do think this brain tumor was affecting him.
