If it were between Jake Tapper and Hillary Clinton, even as much as I despise Hillary I would vote for her rather than Jake Tappers.
At least everyone expects Hillary to be a hypocrite. But news organizations and reporters should have integrity so they can be respected and trusted. But instead they use their position and power to set and promote their own agendas.

Obama fails religion and math too. As for RELIGION--if there were a grade lower than F, Obama would own it. And math? Try to creste a REALISTIC scenario that has Obama winning the general and you will understand Obama's problem with math. I saw CNN,s John King trying to show Obama's path to the magic number on his touch screen and you could tell he was really struggling. Finally, he suggested that Obama might turn a red state like Georgia given its high african american population and that barely put Obama over the top. Problem is--2 polls this month show Obama losing Georgia to McCain by 14 points. Hillary actually does better than Obama against McCain in Georgia. She also wins Florida, Ohio, North Carolina, and Missouri against McCain and Obama loses these same states against McCain. Obama supporters blame Hillary for damaging Obama, but the fact is Obama's own comments are what alienated the working class, typical white people, and sweeties (aka women).

"We're headed straight to the White House..."
Nat Turner, I'd be fascinated for you to define who "we're" are.

I am sick of Michelle Obama thinking that she can run this country and call all the shots! Obama can only run once because Michelle said so, it has to be now before they are too rich and too much Washington Insiders because Michelle said so. He might have been a good candidate if he had waited and gotten some EXPERIENCE!

Repost with edit:
Jake,
Your analysis of Hillary's math was straight from the Obama book. That surprised and disappointed me. I did watch the broadcast of your presentation on Nightline. It would have been good if it had been SNL. It was not. While you may have gratified Obama supporters, I think you disappointed all those who are not. Your oversimplification resulted in distortion.
As to Obama, and his failing grade in History, interesting. However, a better analysis of his failings would contain Obama/Rezko. Note the latest chapter in this saga that has been critically followed by Opednews:
People are already cooperating. Rezko will also. It won't be pretty.
"Tony Rezko is a private citizen. Therefore, the evidence presented in the trial focused on his influence over officials in getting members appointed to the Boards. Prosecutors did not discuss how the legislation got passed that enabled the Planning Board to be set up in a way that allowed for the appointment of members to rig the votes to begin with.
That part of the scheme will likely be detailed in future indictments, probably starting with Blagojevich. Blagojevich signed the Illinois Health Facilities Planning Act with an effective date of June 27, 2003. However, before he could sign the act, a bill had to be passed by the Illinois House and Senate. As discussed fully in Curtain Time Part II, Obama was the inside guy in the senate who pushed through the legislation that resulted in the Act.
Obama was appointed chairman of the Senate Health and Human Services Committee. The minute the bill was introduced, it was referred to his committee for review. The sponsors of the bill also served on this committee with Obama. Within a month, Chairman Obama sent word to the full senate that the legislation should be passed.
On May 31, 2003, Senate Bill 1332 passed and specified that the “Board shall be appointed by the Governor, with the advice and consent of the Senate." The legislation reduced the number of members from 15 to 9, paving the way for the appointment of a five-bloc majority to rig the votes.
The corrupt members appointed included three doctors who contributed to Obama. Michel Malek gave Obama $10,000 on June 30, 2003 and donated $25,000 to Blagojevich on July 25, 2003. Malek also gave Obama another $500 in September 2003."

The quickest way to make them that threat... give them the importance of a nuclear armed world power like Russia was.
----------------------------------------
No – the quickest way to make them a threat is to tell them that they’re nothing. A bug on our windshield. Dare them to say “OH YEAH?” That’s the kind of insult that inspires obsession.

Too many times Obama has gotten the facts or history wrong and them dismisses it with something like "well you know what I'm getting at." WE just had 8 years of a president with that kind of respect for history and the facts -- we simply can't afford another 4-8 years of that kind of leadership based on what Stephen Colbert calls "truthiness".

Obama's electability is ZERO.
-----------------------------
He lost all the big states with most of the electoral votes.
----------------------------------------
He also lost the swing states.
--------------------------------
OBAMA IS UN-ELECTABLE.

BHO's understanding of national security is measured by size. Who said size does not matter? According to BHO, size matters.
Iran poses no threat, but the former Soviet Union did, because Iran is smaller and USSR bigger.
Posted by: boneheaded | May 22, 2008 11:00:28 AM
Perhaps everyone should see that Obama's statement on Iran being less a threat was in response to saying we should not talk to them because they pose such a great threat. He said, which is true, ...they are not the same as a global world power with a huge nuclear arsenal pointed at our country... and anyone who belittles that or jumps on that to say that is the same as saying it is not a threat...
well, that person, hero or not, should not be in charge of the military of this nation...if they can't distinguish the threat of the Soviet Union and Iran.
The quickest way to make them that threat... give them the importance of a nuclear armed world power like Russia was.
You say they will use talks to show how pwerful they are...what do you think they are doing with us highlighting them by NOT talking.
Morons... all of these people giving them more prestige by highlighting them as special...and saying talking to them like we do almost every other large sovereign nation will make them more important.
Just stupid.

What was most interesting was the way in which Obama made this Iran smaller/Russia larger argument. Did you listen to his voice and speech inflections? It reminded me of a little kid who was trying to coax an agreement out of an adult in an argument he knew he could never win.
If you haven't read the second link Jake provides for Obama, I urge you to do so. It provides what Kennedy said after the meeting with Kruschev and his fears that he appeared weak in the meeting.
Remember (or learn about) the Bay of Pigs. If we don't learn from history, we're destined to repeat our mistakes. We dodged a bullet 45 years ago; there's a good chance we won't do so if we're backed up against the wall again.

geevil...Clinton only won by 2% in Ind.
That is pretty sad for a politian who has been in circulation for 30 years against a first term Senator. Plus Obama won the bigger cities Fort Wayne, South Bend and Indianapolis. Which again brings us to white, uneducated voters. It seems HRC can win t hese folks over by using the race card, and scaring the HELL out of them...

Funny how the Blotter article about McCain refers to Parsley as "McCain's pastor," when he is no such thing. I wonder, does anyone do even the most basic google searches before crafting such assertive headlines? McCain's pastor is...well, I'll let y'all look it up for yourselves. He's far from controversial, to say the least.

Frank...I think if you check Obama is not farther to the right than HRC...and by the way...you can turn off your PC, and TV and don't vote.
But stop whinning....only 3 more months

Obama speaks and the puppet masters have to come explain to the world what he meant to say.
The DNC chose an inexperienced,weak
unqualified candidate, banking on his charm to win people over.
They must literally hold their breath when he answers questions without a script. Obama's arrogance and know-it-all attitude must give the DNC ulcers.
For Hillary/McCain supporters...we love it!
