June 05, 2008 9:21 AM
We did it for Nightline last night, produced by the brilliant Talesha Reynolds. Amazing graphics from our folks in New York!
Watch HERE.

RL in IL, you and your friends should watch McCain's Nightmare and see the first thing that comes up. It has almost 2 millions views and is much more telling and relevant than this Nightline segment could ever hope to be.
As someone else said, digging into every single person Obama has ever known in any way is pretty pointless. McCain has been around a very long time and something tells me we could very easily make a smear piece about his fundraisers over the years, his friends the many, many lobbyists that currently work on his campaign.
His Reverend Hagee said things that are far worse than the ridiculous things Reverend Wright could ever hope to say. Among them that poor people should starve, that the antichrist will be Jewish, that my Catholic church is a whore and that God sent Hitler to be a great hunter for the Jews.
Strangely we rarely here that discussed in the mainstream media.

Hey Cheryl: June 6 5:14:57. Had more people listen to it and came back again myself. Yours truly, "Woman" supporter of Hillary Clinton who will vote for McCain.

One more reason why I only watch NBC NEWS shows.

How can you think you are entitled to put out such junk as this? Don't you have any respect for yourself? A man doesn't get any lower than this.

Pretty sorry it was not funny or true. ABC now off my watch list. You are pathetic.

Brilliant piece and right on the money.
Loved it and now ABC is back on my favorites list.

Well I guess it's not going to be hard to know who Nightline and ABC will have biased news of. This really belongs on the "fair and balanced" news network. Oh, I forgot, we don't need them since we can get the biased repub truth from you.

The funniest things about these clips showing Obama with his pals Rezko, Ayers, Wright, Pfleger, Dohn, Hamas, etc is the Obama supporters reaction. Obama is new to the scene and is unknown. All of these shady relationships are recent history. And every time, the Obama fans, shout "what about Keating, Keating?". They pick a 20 year old story about McCain where he was cleared by Congress of any wrongdoing, he has been re-elected by his home state since and it has come up in every election he has been in. Plus everyone already knows about it, hence there ability to shout "Keating, Keating" every time.
LOL!

Now that bottom 10 was very funny. Some people just don't have a sense of humor (nor does it look like they believe in the 1st ammendment). Maybe because it was a little too close to the truth. That Harriet Christian part had me laughing out loud.
By the way, for every one commenting here that they will no longer watch ABC, I will recruit two new ABC viewers. I've already emailed the clip to about 100 folks. Hilarious.
Lighten up people. Your protesting a humor clip makes it look like you are trying to hide something.
Bravo, Mr. Tapper!

If this was your attempt at humor, it failed. If this was supposed to be political reporting, it failed. Maybe you can explain what it was supposed to be? I assume you will be doing a similar piece on McCain with The Keating Five prominently displayed>

This piece is disgusting. How many times is ABC news going to shame themselves this election year?
Posted by: Todd | Jun 7, 2008 8:53:12 AM
Ever hear of Sibel Edmonds?
I suppose real news is just to boring for you to cover.
Your pathetic,

You know its stuff like this that makes you "news" people the laughing stocks you are. More and more people I know are realizing just how biased you are and how many major stories you do not even cover. Lets face it ABC means ALL BIG CORPORATE news nothing more than the propaganda wing for fat cat corporate interests. Trash away your almost over anyway.
Posted by: Bill | Jun 7, 2008 3:28:40 AM
This is journalism? Everyone involved should be ashamed of themselves. Simply pathetic.
Posted by: Michael Brown | Jun 7, 2008 2:30:32 AM
How about ten for McCain, including all those convicted in the Keating Convictions.

Wow the new Fox network. How long do you think you are going to last with it this time. The internet will destroy you people.

Funny? Maybe. A little. Does it belong on Nightline? I don't think so. You shame Ted Koppel with this kind of crap. Having done it, though, I think it's only right to follow up, and soon, with a McCain version. Hey, he can name as VP lobbyists for Myanmar and Iran. Or General Petraeus for that American military junta look. What the heck, since a McCain win would mean another four years of Bush, why not go ahead and name Bush as his VP. There's no telling what damage the pair of them could do. Cheney is a possibility. Gosh, we're halfway there, and that's just off the cuff. But off the cuff is what Tapper did, and I bet he gets paid far more than I do. Shame on you.

Ted must be retching. Vile, unfunny, sophomoric. What I would expect from the network that brought us "Cavemen."
Posted by: Wayne | Jun 6, 2008 11:00:19 PM
This is outrageous. Has ABC been taken over by Fox News?
