A Coif You Can Believe In

August 06, 2008 12:26 PM

A new hairdo revealed itself at an Obama rally in Elkhart, Indiana, today, sported by Dwayne Taylor, 33.

Call it the Obama fade, call it a Coif You Can Believe In, call it an O-hawk.

"sported by Dwayne Taylor, 33"

That's the saddest part of this whole ordeal. 33 years old and participating in this bizarre hero-worship? Aren't people supposed to grow out of this stuff by, I don't know, long before that?

Remember people...he's just a man and not the non-specific deity figure you wish he were.

A fade we can believe in.

Interesting...

Disturbing in some ways but interesting nevertheless...

I wonder what people will do for McCain? A biker mullet with a snarky tattoo?

The McCain supporters who talk about Obama being the Messiah aren't rabid about it, Chris.

We're laughing at you. Pointing our fingers and laughing.

At you.

I'm glad Obama is not for taking money away from "Public Education" since they are doing such a bang up job on educating America's children. What a joke. Bring on vouchers and let private schools do the job...the right way...Math...English....Science....you know...the "basics".

"Can tattoos be too far behind?"

Thomas, the problem with tattoos is they are sooo hard to remove.

Can tattoos be too far behind?

I wonder if this hairstyle will appear in the pages of "Men's Vogue" soon?

Thank you Watching, for your son's service.

fact check: better check your facts closer. I hate to tell you but it takes more than one person to move a mountain.

watching,

Only if obama had done his day job, having even a single hearing by the committee that he chairs. Then, more NATO troops would have gone to Afganistan, and your kids probably would not have been needed for fight in Iraq.

Only if Obama had supported to impeach Bush, rather than "vigorously defending" him, the war would have been ended, and your kids would have not been sent.

watching: "the boqus war my kid is fighting in"

Sorry to hear that your son was drafted in to the military, watching.

"If everyone goes to a private school then what is it called?"

answer: an education

unasked question: "If everyone goes to a public school than what is it called?"

answer: an indoctrination

But seriously, I support public education. What bothers me is that Obama consitently supports both sides of every issue. In fact, I think that is his greates skill. Some people, I suppose, would call that "lying".

(In private, of course, we all know he is a radical left liberal /socialist /anti-capitalist /re-distributionist/ class warfare warrior.)

Posted by: notafool | Aug 6, 2008 4:18:17 PM

fact check:
then we should take that split of a second and transfer that 50 billion Iraq oil surplus to pay for the boqus war my kid is fighting in

Posted by: watching | Aug 6, 2008 4:15:55 PM

notafool:
many of us went to public school and became very successful. Public school needs repair not abolish because without it many will not have hope at all for education.
If everyone goes to a private school then what is it called?

Asbah served on that board for only a few weeks

Posted by: watching | Aug 6, 2008
----

It only takes a split of a second transfer the funds.

Posted by: fact check | Aug 6, 2008 4:06:06 PM

YUCK. THAT'S THE ONLY THING I CAN SAY ABOUT THAT 'DO'.

This is more important drill, drill, drill
Sargeant, 50, McCains biggest oil man bundler has emerged as a major player in Florida fundraising for McCain
Harry Sargeant III, a former naval officer and the owner of an oil-trading company that recently inked defense contracts potentially worth more than $1 billion, is the archetype of a modern presidential money man.
Sargeant's business relationships, and the work they perform together, occur away from the public eye. His firm, International Oil Trading Co. (IOTC), holds several lucrative contracts with the Defense Department to carry fuel to the U.S. military in Iraq.

HOPE that Obama will confiscate enough money from the rich

Posted by: notafool | Aug 6, 2008 3:49:06 PM
---

shhhhh. I want my $1000 that he promised. Perhaps, I should seriously think to vote for a phony, deceptive empty head. $1000 is a lot better than HRC could have dreamed of; she only gives you gas-tax holiday.

Posted by: fact check | Aug 6, 2008 3:53:06 PM

Another judgment mistake on the type of people, advisers that this phony surrounds himself.

Posted by: fact check | Aug 6, 2008 3:49:52 PM

open: "Obama does not oppose school choice. He is against vouchers that take money out of the public school system."

This is certainly good to know. So he is favor of school choice for people, like himself, that can afford it. Those that can't, get the public school system shoved down their throats. Of course, they can always HOPE that Obama will confiscate enough money from the rich to allow everyone to have a choice about the schools their children attend.
