FYI to all you blogging Republicans a war is won when the enemy army is defeated. That means we had victory in Iraq in the year 2003 with the defeat of the Iraqi army.

We have then been an occupying force who has been attacked by foreign insurgents, and Iraqi insurgents. Pulling out our troops in no way is defeat since we already defeated the army we went there to conquer.
