Oh, That Joe! (No. 11 in a Series) -- 'Stand Up, Chuck!'

Sen. Joe Biden, D-Del., loves to give shout-outs to the crowd, but this week in Columbia, Mo., he gave one he'd probably like to have back.

"Stand up, Chuck, let 'em see ya," Biden asked Chuck Graham, a state senator.

A nice enough gesture.

Only problem is, Graham is in a wheelchair.

A second or two passed awkwardly....

"God love ya, what am I talking about?" Biden asked himself. "You can tell I'm new."

And then Biden got on with his stump speech....

If Joe Biden becomes President (because of any situation) our image would be far worse than it is right now. This was Obama's first choice of the "best" American has to offer? Perhaps he was chosen to make Obama look better?
