Obama to Dance on "Ellen" Tomorrow
October 21, 2008 8:07 PM
This evening in Miami, Sen. Barack Obama taped an interview with Ellen DeGeneres for a piece that will air tomorrow on her show -- a surprise appearance.
I regret to inform you that he did, indeed, dance.
As he has in the past.

Obama:
Lee Ann Womack said,
"When you get the choice to sit it out or dance...I hope you dance". So go ahead dance and win!

What is that word?
Effeminate.

I do so wish the the people who support McCain would understand that a win for him will only benefit Wall Street, not Main Street. And what about real family values? What if Obama left his first wife after a disfiguring accident to marry his mistress. What if Bidens's teenage daughter was pregnant out of wedlock. What if Obama's wife was an ex-drug addict and made millions selling booze? Please take a long look at the real choices here.

The only reason you want him to suspend his campaign until his grandmother gets better, is because you know McCain has no chance to win against him, and that by some miracle people might forget about Obama if he is out of the picture for a while. Guess again!

I love that Obama and Biden actually care about their family. I don't think leaving your wife for a younger woman after she's been in a tragic accident counts as caring for anyone but yourself.
For those of you leaving these horrible comments about Obama and his grandmother. I'm sure you are all good Christians right? Well then keep your hypocrisy to yourselves.

What's wrong with taping Ellen's show?? what expectations do we have of our presidential candidates??? oh wait I remember!!!! if you're a Republicrite you dont spend anytime with any of your family...you leave your wife in a wheelchair to have an adulterous affair with a millionaire beer heiress!!!!

You all make me ashamed to be a republican. You're just mean. His grandma just got out of the hospital with a broken hip. Have some respect, and at least pretend to act like the Christians you say you are....good grief!

He's going to cure his grandmother tomorrow.

Obama dancing one day.
Obama sad about his grandmother the same day.
What a joke.

Obama and his relatives tell everyone his influential grandmother is "gravely ill" and yet he keeps campaigning for days in Florida and now we find out he wants to be on TV dancing with Ellen?????
Most Americans who had such an influential grandmother and had the means wouldn't have wasted a second to immediately take a trip to visit her!
Does he think he really is the Messiah or something?

Love him!!!!

His priorities are showing.

Even worse, on the morning before he flies to Hawaii, he is doing a rally on Thursday morning in Indiana. He should permanently suspend his campaign until his Grandmother recovers from her broken hip.

I know where Obama got his moves-
The "Church Lady" on SNL years ago.
Turn up that Lawrence Welk, y'all! Obama's going to show us his smooth moves!

Willy,
So. It is wise to dance when stressed.
I will still vote for Obama.

Jigga,
Please read. The story says he taped this evening (Oct. 21) for a piece that will air tomorrow. And yes, the press is reporting that his grandmother is sick. DUH.

Tapper wrote that it was taped today.
Of course, Obama might not have heard about his grandmother's illness, just as he never heard Rev. Wright's sermons.

So then, will she ask his position on same sex marrige before or after the dance

Lighten up people. I think Obama looked great dancing with Ellen. And even though I'm not voting for her, I thought Palin did just fine on Saturday Night Live. Everyone seems to have lost their sense of humor.

Hey you idiots, Obama's grandma hasn't died this week... He's not in mourning because she's ill... BTW dancing is one of the oldest expressions of both joy AND grief, but I guess those who have NO culture wouldn't know that. Obama is American culture on legs - dancing legs
