Mr. Tapper-
Thank you for all of the work that you have done during the campaign, and for sharing the news with us through this blog.

response to ABC's response to 911 with an order for reporters not to wear American Flag pins. Though quite a long-time standing order, the use of "derangement syndrome" today (11-11-08) applies to your network more than any other entity I know. There is quite a rally initiated to boycott your network. You deserve it, despite your excuses for the ban.

How could anybody (like Senator Obama) possibly criticize Bush or his Republican administration during an election to replace him? The only respectful approach would have been complete silence about Bush. Any criticism of Bush is hate.
Yeah right. Want to buy a dodo bird?

I wonder if Mr Obama will want people to treat him with more Respect as President, have more Respect for the office of President than He Showed towards Bush and the office of President?
No One Can Deny he Lead the Biggest Hate Charge on Bush from Day one of His Campaign.
Obama can not take critisim, he only likes Praise.

I wonder when Obama is going back for his grandmother's funeral? Why has the news media not been covering that?
I think one side has Obama derangement syndrome and the left has Obama reality denial syndrome.

There's been an emphasis in the reporting of Obama speaking out against the Bush administration in statements such as there being "2 years of political rock throwing". Funny, but during much of Obama's primary, I don't recall repeated and emphasized attacks on the Bush administration. I do remember the campaign taking a decidedly more aggressive tenor towards the Bush administration at the Denver convention, linking him and McCain. It's noteworthy that Palin has taken also to throwing the rocks, blaming the Bush administration for her ticket losing. Can't some journalists admit that Obama ran a good campaign against the formidable political opponents of Clinton and McCain? American voters deserve more credit for making history beyond the repeat bytes that the election outcome is the result of Bush unpopularity.

Bush has aged. Michelle's dress was nice. Jake looks and sounds great.

Very substantive comment lionhic. You really cut to the heart of the historic moment of President-elect Obama meeting outgoing President Bush (NOT).
