I'm sick of the use of the term "PEBO" Whoever thought of it is a "pea-brain".

You will find young_voter that most people tell lies and that politicians tend to tell 'lies' as well - modern-day politicians don't seem to be much better than old-time politicians as far as being 'serial liars'.
Obama may turn out to be an exception and tell fewer lies than most.

What you're not used to Peace Train is honesty and openness.
Bush and the Republicans came in promising smaller government and ended up setting RECORD levels of overspending for basically 8 years straight. They were HUNDREDS OF BILLIONS of dollars over budget EVERY year.
Obama is being open and out front about what he intends to do in terms of spending. He was open and out front about what he intended to do during the election.
Because you don't like it does not mean Obama is in any way 'pathological' or any of the other name calling you stoop to.

Pefros will be the first one to vote against Obama in 2012.
I am suspicious Obama's thinks if the US all the sudden had billions of dollars to spend on the Iraq war, there is plenty of money to also spend on his pet projects. Everything he promises has huge price tags with no pay-go considerations.
I think this comes from Obama's vindictive intellect saying you paid for a war I said I did not want and now you (the US) are going to pay for what I do. I am amazed at the high-price proposals coming out of his mouth everyday. But I think it is his revenge because he never had to work for a living, meet a payroll or ever be an entrepreneur. He is mad at the US and so is his wife. And now it is pay-back time.
The guy is pathological. And this conclusion is not on enough people's radar screens ....... yet. They make excuses for him, interpret him in the best light; but no one dares admit they voted for a deranged pathological non-entity.

Interesting to see all these anti-Obama types desperately scratching around for any little bit of dirt on Obama . . . and coming up with so little.
All they're really left with is insults and insinuations, catch phrases and name calling.
The pathetic side of America.

HH,
It was a Republican Administration that introduced the 700B stimulus package. It it the Republican president who is accused of being a socialist by members of his own party for money rolling AIG, Lehman, etc:
Obama is going to place the needed money into jobs to reinforce shovel ready state infrastructure project, and give the working Americans a tax break in our paychecks:
We all need more take home pay. Relax, we will make it. PEBO put more work in his package and he is really smart.

New year, new start, new brilliant PEBO!

Meeting to plan how he will Spend Spend Spend taxpayor dollars on a second stimulas plan when the one last year clearly didn't work. Looks like he could learn from the past rather than increasing the public debt but then again he's a democrat and that's what they do best.

Unfortunately, 48% of the country has to suffer as Poser Obama is about to be coronated to the presidency for the next 4 years. The other 52% who voted him in could care less about anything, so long as the espresso machine works, or he starts passing out taxpayer dollars to those who "are poor, but deserve better.

this meeting is probably about setting up impeachment procedure after the smoking gun released that Obama and Norman Hsu dealings and possible Ponsi Scheme are now being investigated by prosceutors. ABC Silent

ABC probably silent because the news is over two years old, but two thumbs up for the attempted trash tactics. Well reported at the time and recipients of monies form Hsu: Clinton, Obama, Cuomo and Rendell ALL gave his campaign donations to charity many, many months ago.

Tor -Emanuel knows Obama personally, knows Congress from the inside out and is well regarded for his proven expertise as a Congressional Leader and Political Strategist.
Clinton is already well-known globally as she visited over 80 countries as First Lady and served on the Armed Services Committee.
Those positions were not "sol"d (sic) - rather appointed to actual experienced people versus just loyal ones.
Ask my buddies in New Orleans how loyalty over experience works out......

bi-patisan like he said in the campaign. he has assembled an incredible cabinet. hopefully confirmation will be swift so he can start working when he assumed the presidency.
i encourage President Bush to act in the Palistinian conflict. the US has always had a close relationship with Israel. but it needs to be fair. and our support of Israel should count on allowing humanitarian efforts to the innocent civilians cough in the cross-fire. the US doesn't have to wait until January 20 to just hand the conflict off. he is still the president and he does still have the power.
hopefully Bush and Obama can meet again and perhaps on several occasions. i think they both want what's best for the country and i know President Bush would probably like to discuss topics that might help the President-Elect.
