The voters had the opportunity to show they don't support the President or the Democrats in Congress during 2 Congressional elections last week. Did they kick the Democrats OUT of Congress to show their 'lack of support'?

Nice points here, Tierra. I agree about mindless, pig-headed questions. Yikes! I'm glad Jake followed his own lead, and didn't completely cater to the fringe.

Dear President Obama,
Why can't you intervene and demand the
return of Sean Goldman to his father?
Actions not words get's the job done.

Like I said before, it's definitely cool to see another Alyson on here, but very bizarre to read repeats of your previously posted tea-party-ilk-type questions. You actually sound very much like other commenters on here-- same voice and all.
Since the interview already down, can I ask why you're repeating questions from earlier today-- and if you also post here under another moniker?

"So how can it be that there was no way to be in Berlin tonight on this historic night, and instead you choose to be here talking to me?"
And no mention in Obama's taped speech about Ronald Reagan who forcefully said "Tear down this wall!" No mention of Margaret Thatcher and her part in helping Berlin become one. Yet he mentions he, himself, is of African descent. Wha?

Mr. President, What in the world are you doing here tonight?
In the last 9 months you have jet-setted across the nation 30 times in support of Democratic races, you even squeezed in that Olympics bid on the eve of one of the Big Ultimatum Deadlines for Health Care.
So how can it be that there was no way to be in Berlin tonight on this historic night, and instead you choose to be here talking to me?

From The New Legder (German website)
"Barack Obama went to Germany when it was important to look and act presidential, but he won't go when it's important to turn the spotlight onto the German people.
He was glad to be in Germany when it all about him."
What do you think of their assessment of you?

to make it appear there is more support for your policies than there actually is

Not at all.
The voters elected 2 Democrats INTO Congress, and in fact booted the Republicans out of a seat they had previously held.
It's the right wing that is trying to make it appear there is more support for their nonsense than there actually is . . . trouble is - the American people have rejected their extremism and attack campaigns. You're way out of the American mainstream.

Maybe you'd like this better:
Dear Mr. President,
Like a good liberal, I post incessantly on message boards supporting your policies. I even use several different screen names in order to make it appear there is more support for your policies than there actually is, hehe. Sometimes, when I cannot in good faith defend your policies, I resort to using the given talking points from OFA, moveon.org and media matters. I use the word "smear" and namecall as much as possible (I get .75 cents extra to do that). My question is, can I get time and 1/2 on the weekends?

Q for O:
Given the US Government has a current deficit of about 1.4 Trillion, Medicare is broke, Social Security is Broke, Public High School graduation rates are dismal, US Post Office is broke, Amtrak is Broke, Cash for Clunkers ran out of money in 4 days, and the availability of H1N1 Vaccinations were grossly overestimated by the current administration, why should the American people believe that the government will be able to successfully run 1/6th of the economy? Jake, you get the idea, I am sure you could word it better than I could.

Mr. President. Without looking, how many czars and czarinas have you currently appointed who are unaccountable to anyone other than yourself, including Congress?
Posted by: Visualize Whirled Peas | Nov 9, 2009 4:40:18 PM
Why is healthcare reform your number one priority when the American people consistently rate it much lower on their priority list and consistently rate the economy as highest priority?

"What a bunch of mindless, pig-headed questions." ~tierra
Such love and non judgemental remarks from the left. You are a shining beacon of hope and change and a reminder of how wonderfully politically correct liberalism is.
Tierra, did you have a question for the president?
I have one, Mr. President, what do you think of the hatred, contempt and insults your followers espouse towards their fellow Americans for simply asking questions of you?
Posted by: LOL | Nov 9, 2009 4:19:51 PM
Many Americans have supported the idea of health care reform for many years (I personally had a lot of faith that Hillary Clinton, as a moderate Democrat was the one who could best get this done). However, given the current state of the affairs in our country, do you really think it is wise to divert your attention from the ills we are facing, and take on something of this magnitude? Two wars, jobless rate, national debt, etc... Wouldn't it be best to heal the wounds this country has before biting off such a monumental task? Seems you are destined to fail, while the USA is in such a state of disrepair.

Any of the questions raised will be ok with me, just don't get tingles up your legs. Do what reporters are supposed to do, ask tough questions.

How do you put 36 million more people in a system when already there is a shortage of Doctors?

Why are you still in the White House when you are not a "natural born" citizen....please move out before you are evicted!!!!!

What a bunch of mindless, pig-headed questions. Is this the brain trust of the right wing? The cream of the crop?
Posted by: tierra | Nov 9, 2009 3:56:58 PM
Why would an employer want to pay for their employee's insurance when the penalty is so much less & easier to pay?
Is this the way to total Government run healthcare?
Posted by: Sherry | Nov 9, 2009 3:47:46 PM
Have you always had trouble making a decision?
Have you always been thin-skinned?
Have you always blamed someone else for your problems?

With a storage of Doctors now, How do you replace all the Doctors retiring early?
