Senate Pauses For Moment of Silence

ABC News' Vic Ratner Reports: When the Senate came into session Monday, Democratic Majority Leader Harry Reid spoke briefly on the Senate floor about the mass shooting at Virginia Tech in Blacksburg, Virginia.

Sen. Harry Reid, D-Nev., called it a, "tragedy that is hard to comprehend."

The Senate paused for a moment of silence and prayer for the victims of the shooting and their families.
