DC Madam Supports former First Lady
May 22, 2007 7:21 PM
ABC News' Eloise Harper Reports: In an interview with ABC News, Deborah Jeane Palfrey, infamously known as the "D.C. Madam", says she intends to support and vote for Sen. Hillary Clinton, D-N.Y., if she makes history and becomes the nation's first woman on top of a major party ticket.
Palfrey has always been a fan of the former First Lady and "will lend whatever support (she) can." That is, of course, provided Palfrey isn't a convicted felon and unable to vote come November 2008.
The "Madam" has a few legal matters to work out before she can devote herself to another's cause. Palfrey told ABC: "I am going to try to get myself out of a criminal indictment," adding she looks forward to the day that we can have a woman president in Oval Office.
"I think she is the one who can do this," concluded Pawlfrey. A trial date has not been set for the DC Madam.
Palfrey's lawyer, Montgomery Blair Sibley, tells ABC News that they "are in the legal wrangling phase right now."
The deadline for filing all legal arguments is June 15th and sometime in the first two weeks in July there will be a hearing between lawyers on both sides discussing how to proceed with the case.
We surmise political endorsements will not be on the agenda.

That's not what I mean. Anybody can say they support somebody else; but without providing reasons we are left to our own imigination. Perhaps the "D.C. Madame" supports Hillary merely because she wants a woman President. This would now be a valid reason for supporting a political candidate. Perhaps the D.C. Madame only supports Democrats. This, too, is a poor reason to support Hillary Clinton. The only political candidates who care about Americans are Ron Paul and Tom Tancredo. All of the others only care to support the globalist international corporate interests ruining this country! Hillary Clinton is one of those Democrats who supports the usual Democratic tax and spend politics.
