Biden's Tough Fundraising Quarter
October 16, 2007 3:46 AM
ABC News' Brian Wheeler reports: Another tough fundraising quarter has come and gone for Senator Joe Biden, as his campaign released numbers tonight to the Federal Election Commission: the Senator raised about $1.75 million dollars in the third quarter. He's taken in a total of over $8.2 million since the race for cash began, and he currently holds nearly $1.9 million cash on hand.
In a statement Biden's campaign lamented the focus on fundraising: "We always knew the summer would be a challenging quarter and the misperception of this race based on money doesn't help.
Biden campaign manager Luis Navarro was, as ever, optimistic: "Our poll numbers are starting to move as our endorsements are piling up. We have the resources to compete in Iowa and the other early states and expect the fundraising to pick up from here."

Maybe Senator Biden should just plagarize some speeches! Maybe that would help with fund raising. Obviously, his own words aren't having a positive effect. LOL!

I like Biden. Unfortunately he is running against a woman and an African American. I applaud the diversity of this however, he will never get enough press for people to know him.
Sadly, middle America is not intelligent enough to accept either a woman or an African American in the White House.
The Democrats have already lost.

Biden is the most experienced, best prepared, best speaker & offers concrete solutions to our nation's problems. He's the best choice in either party in 08. Most of all, this country needs Joe Biden to help extricate us from the hellish mess that the liars & morons of the SOB (Son of a Bush) Administration got us into.
