ABC News' Bret Hovell Reports: Republican presidential candidate Sen. John McCain's "Straight Talk Express" bus wasn't going anywhere Friday when it broke down.

Every campaign bus breaks down at one point or another -- today it was the Straight Talk Express's turn. It happened on McCain's 40th anniversary of being shot down over Hanoi.

The bus, slated to take McCain and a handful of media people from Sioux City, Iowa to Sheldon, Iowa, stopped running while waiting for the candidate outside an event. Campaign personnel piled into vans for the trip while the bus driver replenished fluids and tinkered with various mechanical components.

Within a half hour the bus was up and running, on it's way to meet the campaign at the next stop.

See McCain can get the job done. Although I am not a Republican, I still have more respect for McCain, than for Romney-the-personal-attacking-candidate
who has not said anything of an issue in his personal attacks of the only feamale candidate and the only black candidate.
Straight to the point MacCain
or Romney the Mr.PersonalAttack of the Black. hmm.

What is true of John McCain is that he was a very heroic Prisoner during the VietNam war. What is not true is that his straight talk does not include the fact that he was involved in several Aircraft accidents as a young naval Officer. The accidents that he was involved with surely would have ended his military career had he not been the Grandson andd son of two four star Admirals. But, of course, straight talk doesn't include hashing his old history except when he applies history to Hillary Clinton's life.
