Clinton Returns to Vegas

ABC News' Eloise Harper reports: Sen. Hillary Clinton has adopted a new strategy on the campaign trail -- keep that debate performance present in the minds of voters. After a successful debate in Las Vegas, Clinton reminded Nevadans of some of the points she raised Thursday night.
"I loved this debate because we finally got into some real issues. For example my health care plan covers every American. Sen. Obama's doesn't, he didn't make that decision. Well I think it takes strength and experience to make the tough decisions."
During the debate, Senator Clinton accused her rivals, and particularly Sen. John Edwards, of "mudslinging." On Saturday she had more words for her rivals.
"I think it is time democrats stop using republican talking points about social security. I am sick of it. It is not a smart strategy. It is not a smart choice. It is a weak position," Clinton said.
Clinton was up-beat upon returning to Vegas where her poll numbers are high and she received the endorsement of the SMART Union, which has a membership of over 230,000.
Not able to resist using the "what stays in Vegas" mantra, Clinton shouted to the crowd, "And this time what happened in Vegas didn't stay in Vegas!"

Hilary Clinton's resort to the claim of mudslinging when John Edwards questions her flip-flopping is outrageous. Does anybody believe Clinton will not be attacked by the Republicans for her waffling and incoherent positions. It is typical of the Clinton Campaign that it is taken almost page for page from Karl Rove techniques.
