Bill Clinton Getting Used to Taking Instructions
January 19, 2008 9:32 AM
ABC's Eloise Harper and Sarah Amos report: President Clinton introduced his wife on a stage stage in Las Vegas with his daughter Chelsea and General Wesley Clark at his side. Right before he started to speak Senator Clinton whispered something into the former president's ear. "I'm just taking instructions" Bill Clinton said. "I'm kind of getting used to it."
President Clinton said how proud he was of his daughter -- who shyly slunk off to the side while flashing a big smile.
Senator Clinton delivered her stump speech to the boisterous crowd -- some who held signs that said "Culinary workers for Clinton."
The rally drew a large crowd on the eve of the Nevada caucuses.

I've read through this story twice, and I'm still wondering how in the world it was deemed newsworthy.
OHHHHH, right ... it has the Clintons mentioned in it.
I wonder when they'll start tracking Hillary's diet and dream patterns.

I voted for Bill twice and I am absolutely SICK of him particularly....Hilary is the PAST and Obama is the FUTURE. Bill is also damaging his legacy and African-Americans are leaving her in droves ...

The problem with having lawyers in congress, is that they do not have a domino mind. They only see the immediate fix with no ripple effect. Nafta fixed the need to avoid the high price of employee costs and the envirmental rescue costs of operating in the US. Congress did not see the: Loss of money to spend to keep the economy strong in the US. THey did not anticipate the immediate loss of revenues from the loss of payroll taxes and Social Security influx. In short, they did not see the impact from the ground roots to Washington. Bush is the "easy target" to blame for all the "domino impacts" of NAFTA. We need to wake up and smell the roses. I gave it twenty years, I was wrong. It is happening now or coming soon to a community near you.

This is getting ridiculous.
I noticed that some people seemed to go out of their way to critisize the clintons. Most times these criticisms are extremely baseless and petty.
Let them be!

He'll have to really get used to taking orders, because he is tanking his wife's campaign. How can Hillary say she had no position on the bogus lawsuit brought by supporters who actually APPROVED the sites they are now fighting against 48 hours after Obama got the endorsement.
Then BILL is screaming at the top of his lungs to a reporter that the lawsuit is right because it is unfair to allow low income workers to caucus at their workplace. Hillary needs to tell him to put a sock in it.
Oh by the way the court thought it was bogus too. The ruled on it in less than an hour. I wonder how many issues Hillary will take a stand on that Bill will completely screw up for her.
Keep em coming Bill.

Those attacked on the Clintons are baseless. Those people live in a hatred world, living in the past and can't move on. Poor souls!
It show how strong the Clintons are, having to face those critizism constantly with style. I admire them and I will vote for Hillary. You are the leader that this country need.
Go Hillary go!

Menopause? When you voted Reagan and Bush Snr into the whitehouse, you did not think of age or menopause.
I feel for the clintons. People are out there to attack them for no reason. When she did not cry, people said she was a robocop and when she did shed tears, people called it crocodile tears!
This situation is teaching me a lesson, you cannot always satisfy people especially when they are out there to question every word you say, every gesture you make.
Go Hillary 08

Mrs Clinton is most qualified candidate for the USA's Leadership to show the world to bring peace and respect with love.

HMMM. Hillary IS NOT the most qualified to lead the country-she OBSERVED presidential policy in the making; she did not PARTICIPATE, unless to give her 2 cents' worth to Bill.
By the same token, the REPUBLICANS ARE VERY MUCH to blame for the economy, the WAR in Iraq and on TERROR, the trade deficit, the trillion dollar budget deficit, the mortgage crisis, lack of oversight of themselves...the only thing you CANNOT blame the Republicans for is
the weather.
Republicans have had a 16-year majority run beginning with the Clinton era and ending last November for a reason-the multiple scandals (only a few during Bill), the removal of a few Bill of Rights (#1, #4, #5-whistle-blower thing), removing us from the Geneva Convention of 1957 re: torture, removing us from the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty of 1972. All done with the blessings of the Republicans and the marvelous filibusters. How proud you all must be!
