Bill Clinton: Hillary Can Be the 'Comeback Kid'

Share

January 04, 2008 10:46 AM

ABC News' Kate Snow Reports: Bill Clinton says his wife can be a “comeback kid” just like he was.

"Absolutely," President Clinton said in a brief interview with ABC News.

"Remember I lost here," Clinton added, referring to New Hampshire.  (Bill Clinton placed second in New Hampshire in 1992 behind Paul Tsongas.)

He then quickly listed off his other losses from memory: "South Dakota, Maine, Maryland, Colorado, before I ever won a state," he said.

So what can Hillary Clinton do to come back?

"Run that hard here," said her husband.  "She's got a better profile here. They know more about her now than they did about me then.  And I think she'll be fine. We just get out and go."

Bill Clinton did express one concern about the shortened time frame for campaigning in New Hampshire.  New Hampshire's primary is next Tuesday, January 8-- just five days after the Iowa caucuses.

"I just wish we had ten days instead of five," Clinton said.

Senator Rodham-Clinton is not qualified for any office; she belongs in jail with her rapist husband.

Obama has no experience.
Edwards is a vain prima-donna.
Kucinich is a Communist.
Dodd and Biden are just in there to hear themselves pontificate.

The only qualified Democrat is Bill Richardson...

Iowa has shown us that the American people can see through the Clintons' 2-for-1 strategy, which we first heard from Bill back in 1992. At President Bush's first inauguration, Bill said, "We'll be back." It's part of Bill and Hillary's life-long plan. Fortunately, it's been rejected, and we can only hope the rest of the country follows suit.

I did not ask for 2-for-1 then, nor do I ask for it now. That's just the life-long Clinton strategy that moves Hillary into a position for which she is not qualified.

Every time Bill moves up (Gov of Arkansas), Hillary moves up with him (Attorney General of Arkansas). Bill moves up again (President of the US); Hillary moves up with him (US Senate). See the pattern, women?

Consider what America got with the first Clinton co-Presidency:

• Abuse of the powers of the office of the President
• Granting Presidential pardons to buy Hillary's election to the Senate. As a woman who made it on my own, Hillary's need to ride Bill's coattails and her sense of entitlement (as in "it's my turn and Obama should wait his turn") makes me doubt her capabilities.
• Hillary's long-suffering marriage to Bill, enabling a lifetime of sexual trysts and trying to contain the Bimbo eruptions, gives me a President without the backbone to stand up to a man. Hillary claims to be tough enough to play with the boys when, in fact, she is unable to leave a cheating husband. How will she stand up to other male leaders who see this in "Mrs." Clinton and walk all over her?
• Being married to a former President does not make one qualified to be President.
Hillary has less experience in elected office than Barack. She's held elected office for one Senate term plus one year and has introduced no major legislation during that time. She showed us in the interview about Pakistani elections the extent of her foreign policy experience--she did not know what office the election was for or who was on the ballot! Is this the kind of experience we want in the Oval Office?

I am not a "Hillary hater;" I am an America lover. Please consider very carefully which candidate the Democratic Party puts on the ballot. The future of this country absolutely depends on it.

Yes Bill, they do know her better than they knew you back then. That's why she definitely will lose.

Posted by: Rick | Jan 4, 2008 11:30:56 AM

Don't count Senator Cuckold out just yet. The Clintons have never faced irrelevancy without a fight.

Posted by: Pete | Jan 4, 2008 11:30:57 AM

When Bill Clinton was loosing early primaries in 1991, few people knew who he was (or what he said he represented). Hillary is loosing and EVERYONE knows who she is. That is a very bad sign for Hillary. We don't like her.

Bill Clinton: Hillary Can Be the 'Comeback Kid'

Hillary Clinton is not a "kid." She's a dried up old woman.

Posted by: Monkey Johnson | Jan 4, 2008 11:37:17 AM

Hillary Clinton was never attorney general of Arkansas.

Posted by: Tim | Jan 4, 2008 11:38:25 AM

Try as they might, the Clintons cannot spin their way out of the fact that 70% of Iowa Democrats rejected Hillary.

Posted by: Mike | Jan 4, 2008 11:41:14 AM

I am afraid that Hillary is not dead yet. She has too many big dollar supporters and she is still the darling of the Media.

The only thing that will drive a stake into the heart of this beast is a string of defeats all the way through Florida and may have to go through Super Tuesday.

She has to be defeated if we want this country to remain a democracy. This holds true for all of the democrats except for Bill Richardson.

Solution: Elect Fred Thompson

At this point, the only real question appears to be: Who is more popular, Bill Clinton or Oprah? Apparently the candidates themselves aren't winning their own elections. I am too cynical to believe that anyone "sees through her", or that any of the candidates in either party are truly qualified or ethical. It is shocking how much people will believe from the candidates' after having made their choice. People STILL love and admire HRC's perjurous, adulterous, lascivious husband, and no revelations of fact will EVER change that.

Personally, I doubt the importance of Iowa in the big picture. Being first on the calendar doesn't necessarily mean being significant in any other way. No offense intended, Iowa. Hillary is not out of the running. Or rather, Bill and Oprah haven't settled the matter yet.

Posted by: Vince in Arizona | Jan 4, 2008 11:53:00 AM

The "comeback kid" implies one has someplace to come back to, which in this case I hope is Yale, where she lost in a student poll bigger than Iowa. Also, Bill, if she was a "kid," you might spend some time in your own bed! I think the real reason for HRC's drubbing in Iowa is that Obama and Edwards are stealth members of the vast right-wing conspiracy. Go Barack!!! Knock her down again in NH.

Posted by: jim brown | Jan 4, 2008 11:54:30 AM

Mrs. Inevitable Nominee scratching for Comeback Kid staus? Watch out, these people are power hungry and have no qualms about taking the low road to achieve their ambitions.

Posted by: Nate | Jan 4, 2008 11:55:48 AM

I am very heartened by the overwhelming negative response to the Clintons. Ruthless, abusive people sometimes get what they deserve. She deserves to lose.

Posted by: Damian Armenti | Jan 4, 2008 11:57:14 AM

Obama vs. McCain (or Giuliani, I suppose)would be a breath of fresh air for the country. All 3 are statesmen!

The politics of divisiveness, personal destruction, assigning ones own negatives to their opponent, and deny, deny, deny is the PHONY politics and person of the Clintons.

I am hopeful that people recognize that the world will be a better place without the self-serving agendas of the Clintons.

I am hopeful today.... and would recommend that Hillary bow out now to enable the opportunity for Obama to lead the Democratic Party.

Diane: Hillary Clinton was never attorney general of Ark. FYI.

Posted by: Michael Allan Leach | Jan 4, 2008 12:04:14 PM

I don't think Hillary is done by any means. She's kind of like Medusa (heck, that face can turn anyone to stone).
Anyway, she has the war chest to keep her in the race for quite awhile, and I think she will still get the Dem nomination (perish the thought). The only thing that can keep her from getting the nomination is the mainstream media---if they discover that they can get out their message through Obama instead of through Hillary, they will dump her in a heartbeat. The media have been carrying the Clinton water for a long time, and I am sure they are a bit tired of it.

One final point---even the worst in the field of Republicans would be better than whoever the best is in the Democrat field (does the word 'vacuous' ring a bell).

Posted by: sAM | Jan 4, 2008 12:05:45 PM

Hopefully this truly is a sign the Democrats realize how corrupt the Clintons really are.

Why won't the media investigate all the millions the foreign governments, criminals (Marc Rich), etc. are giving to the Clinton Library? If it's on the up and up why is it all too secret to release? Why won't the other presidential candidates hammer this home? Could it be Hillary also has their FBI files from the 90's?

Posted by: Carrell | Jan 4, 2008 12:07:02 PM

As a republican I can live with Obama and it gives me some hope that democrats will finally have this cancer that is the clintons removed from their body. Please, please, please flush her down the toilet!

Posted by: Opinions Are Like | Jan 4, 2008 12:08:18 PM

Hillary and her people were instrumental in accelerating the primary timeline, because she was expected to run the table.

Bill's comparisons to the 92 and 96 campaigns don't work, because of the abbreviated calendar.

Posted by: anilp | Jan 4, 2008 12:13:49 PM

thank god Iowa seen through the foney clintons. you know we taxpayers bought them the best house, sent the daughter to the best schools and she can't even speak to a a kid reporter. well i guess she got it from her mom scared to answer any tough questions. hillry was shipped to the auctions in Iowa. Wyoming will send her to the coal mines Saturday, and the Granite State should send her packing to China and she can take billy with her. we don't need or want hillry.

Posted by: Jake | Jan 4, 2008 12:25:20 PM

Hillary is ready on day 1 to fight bimbo eruptions and terrorize her opponents. This is her proven expertise. Period. It is extraordinarily poetic that it was the Dems themselves that threw her in a snowy Iowa ditch. How sweet it is.

Posted by: LWH | Jan 4, 2008 12:27:05 PM

Hillary's time was Bill's time. Now, as evidenced by last night, there is a new kid on the block. And that guy brings out more possible votes than any candidate ever IMO. Democrats in other states will see what they saw last night and realize he will win in November. I say this as an ardent John Edwards supporter who loves the guy's passion and fight. However, 2008 is bigger than a personal favorite, it is about a new energy the non political types have never felt. The possibilities that Obama represents is too strong to compete with and last night was the begining of the end. Hillary has one chance and that is to play the Bill Clinton card to the Hilt. No other candidate can boast of having a former president, a good one at that, as their spouse or closest advisor. She can't go after Obama now, his train has already began to steamroll. Obama may get 60% of the vote in November.

Posted by: Seeryer | Jan 4, 2008 12:29:32 PM

Hillary will in fact clinch the nominee. She is leading in the polls in New Hampshire and has a big lead in large states. She is the one to lead the country. What does Obama have over Clinton? Hillary has great admiration in the international community, which is what we need. We do not know Obama. If he gains ground, be sure that the GOP will tear this guy apart. I have faith that NH and other early states will nominate the candidate who will best lead the nation. A few farming hicks do not reflect the minds of the rest of the country.

Posted by: Nik | Jan 4, 2008 12:32:29 PM

Hillary was supposed to be a given. how can a person who was a sure thing be a come back kid? you can't have it both ways, folks don't trust her, don't like her and will not vote for her. what a joke and waste of time and money. they are making the democrats look foolish chasing rabbits. they will self implode and in 10 yrs no one will remember their names but will remember a fool and his wife who felt intitled to the highest office in the world.

Posted by: s vance | Jan 4, 2008 12:36:10 PM

What a Joke...all those comments should have been made in B Clinton's Second try for the presidency and H R C's second Senate run! Dems have to make the decision as they did in Massachusetts ..are their Blacks Ready Yet..in Mass they tell us all the time..that is when we want to run for a Statewide Office or a Legislative Office or Congress..YOU ARE NOT READY..now it is coming back to haunt them..We now have a Black Dem. Governor..the first Dem to win a Statewide office up here in Dem/Lib Mass..even tho the MASS. Republicans had a great Black Attorney General and US Senator decades before Dems..BLACK DEMOCRATS ARE MERELY WAKING UP AND IT IS JUST BAD TIMING FOR HILLARY... AFTER DECADES OF AFFIRMATIVE ACTION AND ALL THE OTHER PERKS...BLACK DEMOCRATS ARE NOW FIT FOR NATIONAL OFFICE..CAN'T WAIT TO SEE HOW CLINTON REACTS TO THAT FACT!

No more will people in Mass. elect the old White Democrats to higher office and ted and john better watch out..Capuano was the last one to use the "your not ready" line...ADVICE TO DEMS...DO NOT TRY IT AGAIN!

Posted by: Mike J. | Jan 4, 2008 12:41:57 PM

Iowa may be the beginning of the end for Hillary. And Bill did lose in Iowa. I think what she does in NH may tell the tale.
There are two bright spots here. One, every candidate Bill endorsed lost, and two, there has not been a Senator elected president in almost 50 years.
I'm hoping the people of the US are finally seeing through Hillary. Now if they could only see through Obama and Edwards.

Posted by: Artie Curtis | Jan 4, 2008 12:47:46 PM

The Clintons will destroy Obama...just like BClinton did to Tsongas.

They are as mean as it gets.

Posted by: larry h | Jan 4, 2008 12:48:40 PM

After hearing Barack Obama's victory speech last night, and listening to the reaction from the mainstream media, I now understand why Republicans very much wanted Hillary to be the DCFP and not Obama. Unless there's some deep horrible secret about Obama that is going to come out of nowhere and destroy him, he is gong to look very "Presidential" come November. That victory speech of Obama's was just about the most moving and effective piece of oratory I've listened to in over 20 years.

Posted by: honest observer | Jan 4, 2008 12:49:06 PM

Now that we are getting '2 for 1' with the Clinton's once again, is it fair to ask if they ever figured out what the meaning of 'is' is?

Posted by: Dennis | Jan 4, 2008 12:52:21 PM

The Hillary we all know but don't want to say: She is a pure socialist. She wants the presidency for its reputation but not for its responsibilities in making difficult life altering decisions. Bill was the same way and did not want the responsibilities either. He was too busy with his bimbo eruptions, internship trysts, and wag the dog scenarios. In short, everyone knows what Hillary is and she is a nightmare and a disaster in the making. I am certain that the terrorist would love to have a socialist, pacifist fool in the white house so that they can more easily destroy america from within. At least the have respect for Bush because they know that he is out to kill them. Terrorist respect the stronger person not the useful idiots among the liberals. Hint, hint, Obama? Speaking of Obama, he won the "anyone but Hillary" vote last night. I am sure this will be a national wide trend among democrats.

It would be so wonferful to get rid of both of the 2 for 1's They are both a disgrace to the Democratic Party and the country. Both total frauds who don't care one bit about the people, only about their unbridled quest for power. I hope that fnally the American people will see this and reject her decisively.

Posted by: Katie | Jan 4, 2008 12:59:55 PM

Experience can be overrated; we've all known people with tons of "experience" who never seem to learn from their mistakes.

Obama's no bumpkin; he's a Harvard grad who will no doubt surround himself with a cabinet of people more experienced in the areas he lacks and I think he'll listen to them. I also sense that, even though his instincts are far from hawk-ish, he'd respect the military in a way neither Clinton could ever bring themself to do.

Would he screw up a few times in his first couple of years? Probably, but show me a president who hasn't, and I'll bet he's a fast learner.

And I'm a Republican who'd vote for him over Preacher Mike in a heartbeat...

Posted by: Frank | Jan 4, 2008 1:00:10 PM

Well, Well...What experience can she run on? Her only experience is to go after her enemies! Let's put her and Bill in the bag and elect a new face for a change! That's my spill and I'm sticking to it.

Posted by: t.niusulu | Jan 4, 2008 1:05:25 PM

Posted by: Isaac | Jan 4, 2008 1:10:49 PM

Regarding Hillary (from a conservative):

1. I think the one poster meant that she is a hydra, not a Medusa. A hydra is a mythical beast that, when the head was cut off, three more grew in its' place.

2. Never, never, never, never, never, never, never, never, never, ever write the Clintons off. That has been the downfall of many an opponent of theirs.

3. The best way to beat a Clinton is to have a better plan (see 1994's Contract with America - It was a positive counter to what the Clintons were doing) Obama seems to be doing this, and he is inspirational to listen to. I did so last night and was transfixed by his positiveness.

3. Whomever gets elected, remember this: We don't elect a dictator; we elect a president who needs the support of Congress to do whatever they want to do. A case in point: When the Republicans got control of Congress in 1995 (the election was in 1994...), was Mr. Clinton able to run roughshod over them? No. Checks and Balances, folks...

It's getting interesting!

Posted by: Jeff in Sherwood | Jan 4, 2008 1:13:05 PM

I'm a Republican and I'll be voting for Obama. With that said, I would also be okay with a Huckabee presidency. I like all the other candidates and will not be unhappy with any of them with the EXCEPTION of Hillary Clinton. I have a deep and abiding hatred of what those two-fers did the to his country's reputation and many good people who were part of their team. Here I am thinking Richardson whose viability as a candidate has been sullied by the Clintons.

New Hampshire, please please VOTE for change!!

Posted by: NeeCee | Jan 4, 2008 1:17:11 PM

My gut tells me that any Democrat or Democrat leaning independent in New Hampshire that listened to Obama's victory speech in Iowa last night will end up voting for Obama on Tuesday.

I am a libertarian who wouldn't ordinarily consider supporting a statist/socialist politician if you held a gun to my head. After listening to that speech, I was actually moved.

Also, it wasn't just me who was affected. I was watching Pat Buchanan's reaction on MSNBC.

Pat Buchanan!!!

Chris Matthews went directly to Buchanan after Obama was done speaking for his immediate reaction. I have never seen Buchanan look like that before. He looked like he had just peered into the future and seen the moment of his own death. What he said was that Huckabee's speech suddenly made him look pretty good as the Republican nominee.

Reading between the lines, Buchanan's emotional reaction was, "Oh my God, if the Republicans don't get their act together in about 6 seconds, we can kiss the Presidency goodbye until 2012."

Was anybody else watching Buchanan's reaction?

Posted by: honest observer | Jan 4, 2008 1:20:08 PM

Notice how many times Bill referred to "we" in his comments? Don't forget, if Hillary loses, Bill will be out of a job (that is, a legitimate one!) Remember the old saying "Fool me once, shame on you; fool me twice, shame on me" We will get the government we deserve, and we don't deserve the Clintons again.

Posted by: Virginia | Jan 4, 2008 1:20:17 PM

I attended the Iowa Caucus last night and I am now convinced that only 1 person in the World can stop the Dems from winning the White House.

That person is Hillary Clinton!

So will she put her personal lust for power above her party and her Country?

Of course she will!

The Clinton’s will do what they do,
destroy Obama on a personal level and demoralize the democratic party for their own personal gains.(AGAIN)
Mark my words – they will tear your hearts out if it gets them back to the White House.

Posted by: Keith | Jan 4, 2008 1:26:28 PM

When Hillary’s poll numbers first started to decline, she went to Iowa and talked to a lot of people. And everytime that she opened up her mouth, her poll numbers declined. So when it got down close to the actual caucuses, she started in with her “listening” tours again, where she wouldn’t say anything, but she would listen to what the people wanted. And she has Chelsea doing the same, and this is the Clinton’s version of “Don’t ask, Don’t tell”, no one is supposed to ask them questions anymore and they won’t tell us any more lies!

Meanwhile, when Obama talks, his poll numbers increase, as do Edwards.

Posted by: mobius | Jan 4, 2008 1:31:01 PM

You have to all agree, Clinton's loss makes the race even more interesting. And, when she does make her comback, one primary at a time, and win the nomination (and the eventual presidency), this will make for a great story and the media will be all over it. I can hear the theme music to the Hillary Clinton movie already.

Posted by: Mai Shiozaki | Jan 4, 2008 1:31:50 PM

No doubt that the lady is a Socialist but which of the candidates on the Dem list aren't? They all espouse governmental solutions, at our expense, to all of our so-called problems. Let's look to the Constitution and to candidates who will support or reject solutions based on the principles therein.

Posted by: Florence Grantham | Jan 4, 2008 1:38:44 PM

Is it just me or does it seem somewhat obscene for the clintons to want so much power? They're had it all, they'd had the brass ring yet it still isn't enough. It's like watching a wealthy person caught shoplifting. There's never enough. I'm shocked that they don't think we remember how he shamed and disgraced his wife, the presidency and the Oval Office. We need a big change and it's away from these sleeezebags! New Hampshire, we're counting on you to get rid of them forever!!!!

In addition, was it me or did Bill look absolutely furious last night. The last time I saw his face that red was when he was President and a certain dirty blue dress became the logo for his administration.

There are, maybe, three comments above that rise above silly, simple-minded anti-Hillary nonsense. I admit I am a Hillary supporter, and that frames what I write, say, and think. Why don't all of you just say, before you write your ridiculous comments, that you would never support a thing Hillary or Bill says or does, no matter what it was. That way, no one will have to read the rest of your b.s.

It seems to me antithetical to the democratic process to have a family member succeed you as President. This is America; we’re not Argentina or some monarchy (think Bush). What type of madness is this? Have we now fallen to the point that we have to elect a name or a celebrity just because it best defines their persona? Power corrupts; does anyone doubt the power the Clintons already hold? Let stop this now. It time for real change and if anyone think the Clintons offer change please take a look at the line-up standing behind Hillary during her concession speak in Iowa. Congratulation Iowans! Well done!

The only reason that Bill Clinton went on to win the Presidency is because the press chose to ignore his widely-known alleged rapes of women and his long history of philandering.

America cannot afford to be humiliated again with the Clintons in the White House a second time!

Posted by: One_American | Jan 4, 2008 2:19:41 PM

I heard all the speeches, from the democrats, last night.

Clinton acted like she had won when she knew dam well she was crushed and that she is mortally wounded.

Edwards makes me want to puke with his class warfare blame corporations and lobbyists for evrything BS.

Obama - Interesting, talks nice, looks sharp. Obviously has a very good speech writer and he can deliver it well.

But is no one worried about what he actually wants to do? He is a socialist, plain and simple. Hillera is too but at least she does not actually run on that crap. he does.

Any of these three would be a disaster for America. Fortunately with the rules in the Senate, as long as we have 41 republican Senators none of their crap can get passed and into law.

If Mrs. Clinton truly has nothing to hide then why are her's and Bill's documents still under wraps? why not make them public?
I lived in DC during the second Clinton debacle/administration and her agenda has ALWAYS been quite clear - to return. She is just as devious as her husband, who the late former President Ford called "the perfect politician". Just because she "says" she's innocent doesn't mean she IS. Or is she just taking another que from her "dearly devoted" husband? And yes, i use that adjective quite loosely. I am a republican but I would like to see Obama make it. He also has healthcare reform, a very good plan for getting the troops out as well as a solid stance on economics. If Mrs. Clinton makes it into office I am seriously considering citizenship elsewhere!
thank you,
Jim

a. BUSH has ruined amy attempt fer another right wing PERIOD...to make it into the oval office for the next 4 (and hopefully more) years to come

b. HILLARY (though misguided at times by the dollar signs thrown her way) has potential to put AMERICA back on the map and Obama as her vice president...
can literally wipe out the last 8 years of the current most corrupt and stolen (elected) adminisration this country has seen in history!!

...hope Obama remembers that many people , who crossed the Clintons , are no longer around .

I am a Republican. I can read the tea leaves. Obama will be the next President of the United States.

The trend now is that the Republicans intend to nominate the one candidate that will assure victory for the Democrats in November. Democrats are playing it smart by rejecting two phonies from Arkansas. Yet the Republicans are embracing a third phony from 'Arkansas'. I think we all have had enough of Presidents elected from 'Arkansas'.

P.S. I have nothing against your average 'Joe' from Arkansas. Many are very good people. Some are personal friends. I just cannot stand the likes of the 'Clintons' and Huckabee. Politics and Religion should remain separate. My view is that the Clintons are preachers for a type of 'Elitism'. In the case of Bill, it may be also be 'Hedonism'.

all of the anti-Hillary comments are treasonous and tedious at the same time. Don't you people understand, Clinton is the only answer for the survival of Social-Progression a necessary and practical step for the US. We are no longer the "leadership" of the world because of Bush's lies and blunders. Clinton is our only hope and our only path to world unification...Peace through submission

I am so relieved to see that Hellary didn't win in Iowa. It isn't the end of the competition but it certainly said something to her that we in the real AMERICA, don't want her and her filandering husband back in charge. She is the most disturbing thing in my life since Hitler in world war two.

The more people know about Hillary, the more they bypass the leftist media driven version of her thighness and hear the truth, the lower she will go. She belongs in jail.

Ms. Clinton claims to have sixteen years experience. One and a half terms as
NY senator, and claims eight years as the wife of the president. She did recieve daily presidental breifing, did
not attend National Security breifings.
Did not essert herself on probelms in Sudan, Rawanda, or Somailia. During
President B. Clinton's war on terror, deciding whther to bomb Sudan and Afganistan in 1998, she did not "advise"
because the White house and America were
reeling from the Monica Lewinsky scandal, heck they were barely speaking.
Beware this woman, there are better candidates. A B H = anybody but hillary

The Clintons are the living, breathing personification of ambition over substance, ambition over character, ambition over integrity and ambition over all else.
They have proven that they will say and do anything, in pursuit of personal gain, and that they will care not for anything or anyone that stands in their self proclaimed right-of-way.
"Experience!" she yells from the roof tops??? Is this the "experience" for which the Democratic Party is looking?
Corrupt, conceited, arrogant, self-serving narcissists... Are these two individuals the Democratic standard bearers?
It cannot be.
Gods Speed to Obama, and/or Richardson, and/or (even) Edwards (for that matter).

WARNING: Hillary and Bill are Poison.

Thank you Iowa.

The reason Hillary lost in Iowa and is in danger of losing in NH is that people DO know who she is ... and they dont like what they see.

If McCain can gain enough ground to become the Republican nominee, he would absolutely crush Clinton in the General Election. He is a war hero (she is not), has integrity (she does not) and is a true public servant (she is self-serving all the way).

Don't waste your time asking any Hillary supporter to name a single accomplishment of hers that supposedly qualifies her to be president. I have done that on many other sites and have come up with ZIP, NADA, NOTHING by way of a positive response. It is easy to say that she is the most experienced or the most qualified, but difficult (read "impossible") to come up with factual justification.

On the flip side, she failed the DC bar exam, she was bamboozled by Bill (or so she would have us believe) about not having sex with that woman, she couldn't find her billing records in her closet, she failed in her 1993 attempt at healthcare reform, and she has done NOTHING as a Junior Senator from New York to introduce legislation to accomplish what she claims to stand for. If her name were Hillary Johnson, she would finished below Richardson, Biden and Dodd.

How can someone who has been a part of the Washington establishment for the last decade and a half say that they are the element of change? Well ... they can ... but obviously we Americans are smarter than that and didn't fall for it. Hurray to Iowans for picking substance over inevitability. There is hope yet.

Hillary has always been a losing situation, Obama 2008 for REAL CHANGE!

Ken-
Keep drinking their water. You are typical of the far-left. You think it's treasonous to make anti-Hillary comments?? World Unification? Social-progression?
