Hunter Points to Wyoming Showing as Debate Credential

ABC News' Z. Byron Wolf Reports: Congressman Duncan Hunter, R-Calif., arguing that since he won delegates in Wyoming with his 10 percent third place finish in the caucus there today, is crying foul of his exclusion from the ABC News/Facebook and Fox News Debates. Some of Hunter's Republican rivals, who were invited to join both debates, haven’t won any delegates in any state thus far.
In order to encourage supporters to protest his exclusion, the Hunter campaign has distributed the e-mail address of ABC News Political Director, David Chalian. For Fox News, the campaign just circulates the e-mail address available for generic comments.
Hunter will host his own town hall meeting tonight at the Radisson Hotel in Manchester, N.H., alongside his most prominent backer, Chuck Yeager.
Congressman Ron Paul, R-Texas, who is excluded only from the Fox News debate, will also hold his own hall meeting tomorrow evening. Paul’s event will be simulcast on public access and on the Internet (a local network affiliate would sell the airtime but would not put Paul’s program up live).

They are trying to decide the election before the 2nd & 3rd primary.

We demand that Duncan Hunter be given equal time as the other candidates. DO NOT exclude him from the debates.

Hunter, Kucinich, & Gravel should all have been able to participate. Flood ABC with complaints. Tell them not to censor the voices of the parties and to let the PEOPLE not their petty rules decide!

I heard the moderator say at the debate that they had invited Hunter but he had not shown up. When did they 'invite' him, at 6 pm? And how about Kucinich and Gravel? A travesty to exclude these voices from the only debate right before the first actual primary.
On the other hand the debate was so bizarrely run, and the moderators so biased and asking such ridiculous questions, that instead of including more people, next time it would be better if everyone boycotted corporate-run debates.

I wholeheartedly agree that both ABC and Fox shold not have had their select chosen few media darling/ money machine candidates at thier forums.Just like when it comes to having choices and competition as a consumer is good being able to hear all political candidates is good for our Democratic process. This is where some of the lesser known candidates can be heard and seen.

HI, it not fair to exclude a candidate from a debate, this is not equal representation, although a private debate host can legally do it.

The news media has never been fair and accurate they only spin their own opinnions on the public they are suppose to serve. The media elects presidents by the misrepresentations they report and sheep follow faithfully.
This is evident by not allowing all candidates equal time.
