ABC News' Teddy Davis and Talal Al-Khatib Report: Reporters covering the Iowa caucuses will not have to brave Iowa's freezing weather to witness a Republican precinct caucus. They won't even have to navigate the enclosed Des Moines Skywalk.

Chuck Laudner, the executive director of the Iowa G.O.P., arranged for a Republican precinct caucus to take place behind the Google/YouTube Lounge on the upper level of the Polk County Convention Center. The convention center is the facility where the state's Republican and Democratic Parties are displaying caucus results for some 2,500 reporters from around the world.

"It's going to be my check to make sure the system is working," said Laudner, who lives nearby and will serve as the temporary precinct chair.

It's impossible to know how many Iowa Republicans will actually caucus in the room behind the Google/YouTube lounge. In 2000, when this downtown Des Moines precinct used a caucus location outside of the convention center, only five Republicans turned out.

With many apartments and townhouses having been built in the area since 2000, Laudner thinks the number of Republicans participating this time could be in the ballpark of 20-30.

Dear, ABC NEWS Why don't people in the media get out of bed with the politicians in this country. And start really reporting the news. Because, if the the maedia really report about what these people were all about, everyone from Iowa, to New Hampshire, to TimBuckTwo would probaly vote them all out of power. Stir everyone up into a frenzy. People in this country don't want to elect leaders. They want to elect Kings and Queens, and Ceasers. Why doesn't anyone really ask our canidates some real questions instead, Probally for fear of being taezed by or taken away by the cops. Why doesn't they show what these people have really done all their terms in Washington. They wouldn't be thought of as leaders of anything, now would they. Why don't you ask the canidates what they plan on doing with all that political campainge money they all have taken. Don't think that just because their a branded name, these people should be thought of as leaders of anything. Thanks.
