George Bush for 7 years has been trying to destroy the US Constitution, habeas corpus and 8 of the 1st 10 Bill of Rights! He and his Republican cronies pass the Military Commissions Act of 2006 which strip away US citizens rights to even a fair trial in a civilian court, or to be indicted and charged before thrown into prison to rot!

Just say no!!! If he can't protect this country within the framework of the US Constitution, and can't change it as provided for in the Constitution, he should not be president as he is violating OUR rights!

Congress has allowed this man to violate the Constitution by passing one law after another that are UNCONSTITUTIONAL!

It is time to stop allowing Bush to hide claiming His alleged Constitutional right and for us top operate legally within the frame-work of the Constitution. If Congress and the white house dweller are unable to do that they do not belong in office as they violate their oaths to uphold the Constitution of the US!

Our elected officials, including Bush took an oath to "protect and defend" the Constitution. Any vote to extend or expand FISA or any policy like it, is in direct violation of this oath. If a senator or congressperson will lie as they are sworn in, what else will they lie about? Anyone voting for this policy is guilty of treason by subversion of the constitution.Let's remember those who vote in favor come November.
