Clinton Thinks 'SNL' Skit Sounds Great

ABC News' Eloise Harper reports: Sen. Hillary Clinton, D-N.Y., came to the back of the plane wearing a bright yellow Rhode Island sweatshirt.

Clinton was shown the "Hillary Clinton Pantsuit Schedule" that is on display in the back of the plane. It indicates that Clinton wears "sunshine yellow" on Sundays. Clinton, sticking with the theme, was doning yellow late into Sunday evening. "It was so spooky when I walked back here today and I saw that (list)" Clinton said.

When asked her reaction to a "Saturday Night Live" skit, a spoof about the most recent CNN debate between her and Sen. Barack Obama, D-Ill., Clinton admitted that she had not seen it, but said, "it sounds like it was just great, both of them, both of the begining one and the second one. What color was my jacket?" Cinton asked about the jacket her character was wearing. Clinton was informed it was the one with the gold around the collar. "Oh, oh good, its so nice to be a fashion icon."

Watch the VIDEO HERE.

Clinton was prompted to talk about her aide Huma Abedin and her fashion sense. "Here I am on the ropeline working my heart out, and people will be, like, oh my God, she was in Vogue. She was the one who was in Vogue, oh, oh, my God. I am running for president."

Hillary spits out a whole bunch of nonsense. She has conveniently forgotten that there was a SNL skid earlier in which Brian Williams told all the DNC candidates that were ready for debate that they didn't matter, because Hillary was the media's darling, and the media would be interested in Hillary's inaugration speech content already.

If she cries, acts sincere and claims she was proud of being with Obama, apologizes to African Americans yesterday, and today being extremely sarcastic, and still can't get ahead, why doesn't she try quitting? It might just WORK for a change.

I'm amazed that Hillary so called "moment" was actually word for word taken from a speech that Edwards gave. Why would she make a big deal out of Sen. Obama's speech but yet do the samething herself?

And since her moment at the debate she's been fluttering around as those she really was the darling of media and the American people because of these words she that she stole from Edwards. I find her more and more baffling each day and scary to think this Bush clone would ever stand a chance of being our next president.

The SNL skit was way funny, mainly because it was so true. The media may have accepted Hillary as the front runner in the beginning but they NEVER fawned over her they way they have over Obama. He shouldn't get too comfortable because at some point the honeymoon will be over and the media will turn on him like a pack of wild dogs.

firefighter, you are correct re the media. but the blind followers who now say anything bad that comes out about their guy is that horrible hillary will just say it's that horrible mccain. and whatever comes out will be called swiftboating. the true meaning of swiftboating has long since escaped them. now they think that anything other than saying their guy is perfect and right and godlike is swiftboating. so the lemmings will continue to follow. just hope clearer heads prevail.

Hillary is great, and we will be happy when she is President, and there will be lots of SNL skits, but the massive mutli-trillion dollar war expenditure pipeline planned by McCain will be shut off. Obama can run again in 2016 when he finally knows something.

The best political gift of the day for Barack Obama’s campaign has been served up by Iowa’s Des Moines Register, the largest newspaper in the swing state that put the Illinois senator on top in possible head-to-head match-ups in the fall election.

The poll shows Obama ahead of Republican nominee John McCain by a substantial margin, 53-36. A head-to-head match between McCain and Hillary Clinton shows McCain is the preferred choice, 49-40.

I don't think our country could survive till 2016 with Clinton at the controls and would you really want her finger on the button?

I voted for her twice as my state Senator and she has betrayed us first by agreeing with Bush to attack Iraq and secondly she promised to redraw our troops and never did. Now Hillary has excuses why she agreed to war to cover up her mistake.

She says we want someone in the White House that will be ready on day one.....ready for what? Her idea of "solutions" can get ya killed just ask the parents, wives and loved ones of the dead soldiers in Iraq.

Hillarys' solutions are mistakes, no thanks!

I rememeber over a year ago seeing daily little blurbs about barak in a steady drumbeat when he was an unknown. But daily a little blurb would be on most of the major media outlets to keep reminding people he was there a growing phenommena. Then they increased in size from two lines to four and then four to eight but on a near daily basis. The media made this candidate out of thin air in my opinion and how he got such early reportage placements is beyond me. But I knew then they were going to push him big and wondered if they would make the president. Then I wondered who were the people behind this? The editors, the publishers, as it had to come from a higher level than simply the reporters. How can the media pick and make the president like this? And no I am not a hillary or mccain or w supporter. I support pet shelters with homeless dogs and cats. At least they are human.

The empowerment that will happen when Hillary is sworn in for middle-Eastern women is un-imagined. Every Islamic and middle-easterner's home will be having more animated and lively debates will be going on as a direct result of breaking down this last and final barrier and frontier to progress. Unless men start to listen to their wives in the bedroom and in the marketplace, as the middle eastern women gains her new animated voice will be a thing of beauty for each and evryone of us to see!!!!! Heterogenously we must move forward loud sweet and clear.

*blink* Sen. Obama loves homeless pets, Brian won't you join us? :)

Posted by: Sandra | Feb 25, 2008 4:05:47 AM

He is so cocky and arrogant, what does he think his is the new God? Where is the saying walk small tall and gentle kind?

Posted by: Professor/Dr. Neil Garland | Feb 25, 2008 4:07:17 AM

THE SKITS WERE AWESOME. AND OBAMA'S CHANGE GROUP EVEN HATES COMEDY. GUYS - TAKE A XANAX.

Posted by: TONY | Feb 25, 2008 7:31:33 AM

Hillary thinks she is a fashion icon.....LOL.........I guess the bright orange pantsuit she wore yesterday makes some kind of fashion statement

Well, shall we return to the serious stuff?

What about the most recent TEXAS poll for instance:

CLINTON: 43%
OBAMA: 57%

Posted by: VOTE | Feb 25, 2008 8:30:46 AM

What was wrong with the skit on SNL the last time when they were making fun of Bush and Gore no one seemed to be worried so what is the problem now???

Obama groupies offended I don't see why the skit was more on the stance of the media than Obama.

Posted by: SJ | Feb 25, 2008 8:42:45 AM

I love Saturday Night Live. But at the moment I'm more interested in latest OHIO poll:

CLINTON: 46%
OBAMA: 54%

Let's get real, as Hillary said. She is a great Democrat, she ran an impressive campaign, but she REALLY cares about the Democratic Party and its crucial agenda for the years to come, she graciously calls it a day now and endorses the winning Democratic candidate, Barack Obama.

You don't have a believer in Obama to acknowledgde that, you only have to be a voter for a major change in The White House, for an end to the war in Iraq and for a beginning with universal health care for all Americans.

Posted by: VOTE | Feb 25, 2008 9:23:50 AM

Hillary, people are laughing at you and not with you.

Can you please do the Party a favour by just leaving.

Posted by: Peace | Feb 25, 2008 11:11:48 AM

Hillary On The Button? That worries you?

Obama hit the wrong voting button 6 times, accidentally voting yes or no when he meant to vote the opposite way.

And HE should be trusted with a NUCLEAR button?

Sure.

Leads like that for Obama in an online poll that means nothing.

Latest poll out of Ohio is Clinton 51 - Obama 40.

Posted by: kris | Feb 25, 2008 11:20:49 AM

And we should believe the poll, there are many this thing is going to come down to the wire and now he gets endorced by non other than Louis Farhacon (not sure sp correctly)

Posted by: Bishop | Feb 25, 2008 11:26:31 AM

Kris I like your Poll beter

"Hillary On The Button? That worries you?"

Yeah, the way she "jumped the gun" to go to war with Iraq who's next? The fact that I had to explain this to you worries me a little too. :D

Posted by: Sandra | Feb 25, 2008 12:05:01 PM

You people think Obama is the second coming. Sorry I don't want a preacher I want a president.

This Obama "cultdom" will fade and will smoothly sail John McCain into his term as President. This is not what i want, as I am a democrat and Hillary supporter, but it will happen if Obama is the nominee.

He has not been vetted, he has not been attacked the way he will when McCain gets a hold of him some more.

We will lose our shot at regaining the white house if obama wins.

Posted by: sue | Feb 25, 2008 12:46:49 PM

I believe Obama SHOULD be president, just not now, he's not ready. In 2016 he will be 56, more mature, not so naiive and will have an established record by then. Let's give this country the opportunity to elect not only the first woman president but the most qualified candidate!

Posted by: Jeff | Feb 25, 2008 1:58:18 PM

I'm an Obama supporter and I though the SNL skit was so funny that I posted it on facebook. Yes... some of us have a sense of humour...

Posted by: Carmen | Feb 25, 2008 6:24:07 PM

Carmen: I read the statement a long time ago, but I think it is a little too much to think that the Hillary haters will ever take the time to educate themselves. Mindless hate and sexim rule the day. This country is surely doomed. Between the daily attacks from both camps, neither candidate will emerge with any respect and the majority of Dems and probably independents will sit home because we have been so inundated with the negative press and the name calling that we are just flat out sick of this election already. But I bet you the Republicans will show up at the polls in force.

Still waiting for Hillary skit about living on the Ritz. Hillary had a great vacation. The cost has only been $120 million dollars.

Living in 5 star hotels, spending $500,000 last year for parking and $85,000 a week for food.

To bad she not paying her staff or small business she getting serves from.

Posted by: BILL5321 | Feb 25, 2008 9:08:51 PM

Clinton saying like, 'Since I was in vougue little girls will want to be President.'

she looks like that chick from that flavor flav show...

Posted by: mike mcfun | Feb 26, 2008 12:13:08 AM

Face the fact, Obama's supporters.
There is no way that Obama can win the
general election! The polls have been
way wrong all the time, so why believe
it? If you want a Dem president, vote
for Hillary. The only way the Dem. can win this year is Hillary/Obama ticket.

Posted by: John | Feb 26, 2008 3:09:04 AM

Clinton/Obama ticket is a winner.

Posted by: Mark | Feb 26, 2008 4:51:18 AM

I sure hope Clinton wins. I have a large overstock of "Impeach Clinton" bumper stickers that I hope I can unload on the market early in 2009, right after her first (and inevitable) major screw-up.

Posted by: BlueMax372 | Feb 26, 2008 1:48:18 PM

Everyone who is so worried that Obama will fade before the general election and sweep McCain in should have already resigned themselves. Your only other choice is Hillary Clinton and if she's the nominee, then McCain will win by a landslide. So I guess you just have to accept McCain as president.

I thought the Hillary skit last night was very good and Hillary actually came out of it looking very mature and confident because she could laugh at herself. The Weekend Update skit with "B*itches get things done" was pretty weird though. How about trying to inspire people instead of being a b*itch to get what you want? I was pretty surprised Tina Fey resorted to such lame tactics. Step it up, Tina...seriously.
