Hillary and Bill Clinton Cast Their Super Tuesday Votes in New York
February 05, 2008 9:14 AM
ABC News' Ann Compton and Eloise Harper Report: Former President Bill Clinton and Senator Hillary Clinton stopped by the Douglas Grafflin Elementary School in Chappaqua, New York Tuesday morning to vote.
Watch the VIDEO HERE.
"Its a very humbling and overwhelming experience to cast my vote today," Hillary Clinton said today. "I hope a lot of people will come out and vote today."
President Clinton said voting for his wife on Super Tuesday was, "one of the proudest moments of my life."
"I feel good," Bill Clinton said. Asked whether the race would continue beyond today, he said "I don't know. I just want it to go today."
Hillary Clinton thanked her supporters saying, "I am just very excited about today. We should encourage everyone across the country to come out and vote in this national primary."
Chelsea Clinton stood nearby, not voting in that district because she lives in Manhattan. Chelsea started her day at 5:45am this morning in Connecticut, delivering coffee and donut holes to poll workers and voters at the New Haven Fire Department.
The Clinton's shook hands with supporters before heading back to their home in Chappaqua, New York. Later today Clinton will attend a rally in Manhattan, after spending the majority of the day doing television news interviews.
The Clinton campaign is playing the numbers; as the candidate sits for what must be a record 37 satellite interviews from her living room, the campaign said they made more than 12.2 million calls to voters in states voting today.
The campaign said more than a quarter of a million people went to hillaryclinton.com last night to watch Clinton's national town hall meeting.

Your supporters are out in force today, Hillary. I will be casting my vote for you in Georgia.

I wonder who Bill voted for?
It must be driving him nuts to have this kind of movement candidacy going on, and him stuck with his wife's campaign.

Kind of makes you wonder why they would poll Kenya. But the results are in the prefer Hillary. I think Obama and Hillary are both bad for this country. Vote Republican for liberty.

Give me a woman president any day, just make it any other woman. A woman of strength, sincerity, intelligence, foresight, integrity......
Thanks Erin: You just described Hillary Clinton. I will be voting for her today in California
Hillary 08

I'll give you strength and intelligence, Jay. Not sure about the other qualities being good descriptors for Hillary.

Erin, are you Republican?
Posted by: irma | Feb 5, 2008 6:01:47 PM
Yeah Hillary! Sometimes the best person to bring about necessary change, is someone with experience.

And sometimes it's not!

Irma,
Hi Irma. No, I am not a REP. I used to be a DEM but now I am an IND. I don't understand what party affiliation has to do with anything. Doesn't ones on personal convictions come before his/her political party or party ideology?
I am influenced moreso by my own convictions than I am some party platform or some silly endorsement. I will be voting with the Republicans in November for sure. Because of my convictions and the issue of Illegal Immigration, I will not be voting for McCain, Obama and Clinton. McCain and Obama we know where they stand. Clinton changes her mind to much and is not to be trusted - among other things.

How is it a humbling experience to vote for yourself?

In my opinion
The Election results and exit polls only show that:
"Hillary can fool African American Women Voters some of the time, Hispanic Women Voters most of the time and White American Women Voters all the time".
She will not unite this country anymore than her husband did!
