ABC News' Eloise Harper Reports: Democratic presidential candidate Sen. Hillary Clinton received the endorsement of North Carolina Gov. Mike Easley Tuesday morning in Raleigh, NC. After touring a bio-manufacturing training center, Gov. Easley, First Lady of North Carolina Mary Easley and Clinton held a ceremony at NC State University. The Governor formally expressed his support saying that there was "nothing I love more than a strong powerful woman." Easley concluded his remarks saying Clinton -- "makes Rocky Balboa look like a pansy".

Easley said, "There’s a lot of 'yes we can' and 'yes we should' going on. Hillary Clinton is ready to deliver, that's the difference."

Watch the VIDEO HERE.

Clinton thanked the governor for his support and for all he has done in the state of North Carolina. She did not attack either opponent, but spoke about the solutions she will provide as president, and told the small audience that she would work with their governor.

Clinton also applauded the work the state had done improving green standards and efficiency.

"Mario Cuomo who famously said one time you campaign in poetry but you govern in prose.  I think that’s pretty descriptive cause when the lights are gone and the cameras are off and the speeches are over what you want is somebody who will deliver results and sometimes that's not very glamorous," Clinton said.

Adding, "It takes a lot of work and some false starts and frustration. Bringing everybody together doesn't necessarily mean they will all agree. It takes leadership to set a vision to put forth the goals and the strategies that's what Governor Easley has done in North Carolina that's what I will do as your president.”

California Superior Court Judge Aurelio N. Munoz ruled Paul's legal team can begin seeking depositions from a host of big names – including Bill, Hillary and Chelsea Clinton – that allegedly were witnesses to an effort by the Clintons and top Democratic leaders to extract millions of dollars from Paul in illegal donations and then cover it up.

Even Rocky wouldn't stoop so low as to be behind organizing Wright's speech yesterday.

Only Hillary would jump that far down into the outhouse.

The Obama cult members are now blaming Hillary for Wright!?? Very serious charges, please show proof before making such absurd, far-out allegations.

GO HILLARY! We need you fighting for us.

If you have a problem, blame your opponent. Typical politics of a hypocrite.

Hillary cult is blind, the Bosnian General has a serious problem, she is unelectable, that is her problem. Rev Wright has said everything yesterday about everybody but has never mentioned one word about Hill or Bill. That is curious and certainly not clear at all. Obama is traveling alone between two races: black people who are asking themselves if he is black enough and white people who believe that he is too balck and reject him. America cannot have a great leader as Obama in McCain or Clinton. God bless America and God bless Obama.OBAMA08.

Eye of the tiger. Hillary will deliver. Blame it on the world, blame it on your neighbours, blame it on God. Sorry, Mr. Wright, no offense intended here. No matter what, Hillary is the only choice. Not perfect and maybe far from perfection but still the best choice for this country in this 2008 presidential election.Hillary is the one, period.

What took Obama down and made him Use Goods was first his slip of the tongue, typical white folks, small town folks bitterness, then he tried to disocunt his past and forget about the church that held him up by his bootstrap, but instead try to desecrate a man's 40 years career for his expediency for Presidency. Do you think anyone in their right mind would have ran for President if they had so much baggage, and I think he betrayed the Black Voter by making them dream knowing full well that his past was explosive and he had not been tried and vetted and would not be strong enough to subdue the swiftboating of Pat Buchanan, Reversve Psychology of Ginrich and Rove.

Hillary is better prepared, and enterirly vetted. No wierd america hating pastor here for sure.

Thank goodness you have stayed in the race. Imagine how everyone would feel if they had no choice. You are here at the right time. Wright is wrong for America. Too many red flags!! They just keep coming. Wake up party leaders and look at the mess we're in!!

Hillary is the most qualified and electable candidate for President and I will support her all the way to the White House (baggage and all).

I hope the remaining superdelegates endorse her and a solution to Florida and Michigan is reached, so she can focus on the general election.

BTW: Obama will make a great Vice-President and can run again in 2016, when he has more experience.

HILLARY, OUR NEXT PRESIDENT !!!

Let's face reality. She will lose the nomination. The question to ask is will Hillary also lose her New York Senator's job after this term, now that the real Hillary surfaced. She has become soooooo irrelevant now.

Why does Sen. Clinton get almost no coverage in the national news? It's always Obama. Good Morning America and Jake Tapper tried to make the case today that he leads Clinton in superdelegates, when in fact she still leads him. Barbara Walters complained yesterday that Clinton should drop out if she doesn't win Indiana. Since when did broadcasters get the right to call an election before it's over? For more on the manipulation of the primaries, check out the article I've posted at thecityedition.com. Here's a direct:

starting to look like both press events for wright were organized by Clinton supporters.

Posted by: dl | Apr 29, 2008 11:01:38 AM

Hillary is entirely electable. Obama is the one who is unelectable, and finally he is getting the scrutiny any candidate for president should get, and he is crying like a baby because of it. Hillary is not a dirty politician. All of you who dislike her are just intimidated because she is a strong, powerful, and intelligent woman. She has taken many a punches from the Republican establishment over the years, and has proven she is strong both in character and in mind.

It's easy to look strong when fighting someone who afraid of his/her shadow. It's hilarious that the Obama disciples (not supporters) believe HRC wrote what Wright was supposed to say at the Press Club. Of course she did. Every word, and then she threatened Wright with some awful consequence if he did not deliver the speech with power and stupidity. Oh Yeah, and she also made BO sit and listen to Wright for 20 years because she knew that in 2008 she'd be running against him. To blame BO for being stupid and calling Wright to be family like an "uncle", would be too sad. Whaaaaaaaa!

The Paul v. Clinton case? How desperate... and also inaccurate... You did not even quote the Munoz decision correctly from the the only one "reporting" on this..... "The Hillary Project" with links to Paul's website and a couple of other "trash Hillary" sites.

And some kind of oddball conspiracy theory.... Clintons controlling the "Wright" story and Wright's actions??? Now that is real desperation. Notably Wright has previously said plenty about Hillary and Bill which was profane and vulgar... It is in his taped sermons.

The Obama "followers" are jousting at windmills these days. I cannot differentiate them from the "right wing conspiracy" and that is very disturbing.

I think it is telling that HRC has the endorsement of the governor of a state that is making so much progress towards research, new jobs and energy independence. That has been a huge focus of his administration. If he didn't think HRC was the one to continue in that vein, he could have endorsed Obama, or just not endorsed. But he did, and that is a big sign that she is right for this country.

In my most humble opinion, it appears as though Rev. Wright and the Michigan branch of the NAACP are on Hillary Clinton’s side. They are out to make Obama look bad, and they are doing a really good job.

They want Hillary to win.

They need Hillary to win.

They loved the Clinton years.

So, Rev. Wright, the Michigan branch of the NAACP, and most people of Michigan want Hillary to win. So watch this, as May 6 approaches, Rev Wright’s comments and appearances will intensify. Obama will look bad, voters to loose trust, and Hillary will come out smelling like roses.

In addition, Rev Wright is making all of the church leaders and preachers of all RACES look really, really bad. Now that’s sad!!!!

Hey, Gov. Mike Easley...welcome to the team!!!

btw...REV WRIGHT DOES NOT REPRESENT THE BLACK CHURCH
