Clinton Issues Post-Primary Schedule (Yes, Post-Primary Schedule)

ABC News' Eloise Harper Reports: The press traveling with Sen. Hillary Clinton's presidential campaign received an email Thursday afternoon informing reporters they could sign up for travel through June 6 on the campaign website.

Given the speculation surrounding plausible outcomes from this Saturday's DNC Meeting and the final Democratic primaries on June 3, many confused looks passed between reporters on the back of the press bus.

When asked for comment, Clinton spokesman Jay Carson looked past Tuesday's primaries to the general election.

"There are a lot of places for us to go between June 4 and November," Carson said.

On to the convention Hillary! I keep hoping the DNC will wake up, but it's not happening I guess.

"Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me."

I can't believe it, this country is about to be fooled a third time by nominating another unqualified but personable candidate. And for all of those who keep saying the Clinton's are destroying the Democratic Party, it has destroyed itself and a lot of lifelong Democrats are leaving it in record numbers. Hope all of the young college voters are as committed in the coming years as they were in the caucuses this year...only time will tell.

Hillary Clinton is the new Ralph Nader.

If she ruins this for us and a Republican is again elected to the White House, so help me God, I will work tirelessly to make sure she is never elected to any office ever again.

Hillary will be our next President ... even if the left-wing Dems deny her the nomination!!

Is her first stop Independence, MO after the primary? That'd be refreshing!

The DNC threw the Clinton's under the bus. Now look who's driving the bus. Not everyone is fooled by hope and change.

She will be going back to her State of New York to make good on all the BS that she has promised them the last 6yrs that she has not lived up to she has 15MO to catch up on.

She is planning on ignoring the outcome of the meeting on Saturday and will continue to campaign until August. At least that is what it looks like from here. Or she is going to run as an Independent candidate, against Nadar.
Doing this, she could reek havoc in Nov.
Not advocating her, by any means, just observing the working of the 'demented' mind.

Go independent, Hillary!

Posted by: Amy | May 29, 2008 3:20:21 PM

I say good for her. the comment is vague enough so people can assume she's soldiering on on her behalf but she could very well be campaigning for obama. who knows.

Posted by: rachel | May 29, 2008 3:24:02 PM

This is the time for Superdelegates to show her that they have power.

She has written to them and they are the ones to stop all these madness.

We need to be united and we have all the chances to take back again the White House.

No time to waste. Its time to take it seriously!

Hillary will not be forcing her way through the convention. She is 200 delegates behind Obama. It's over. Acceptance!

He gets to the magic number in 44 delegates... She has 245 to go.... ain't gonna happen.

Hillary can stay as long as she wants. She is only making herself and her family look like *ss's.

Obama has won this race, he has and will have the most delegates no matter how Hillary wants to count them today or tomorrow or when ever she gets it.

Exactly. They're blaming Hillary because Obama is such a weak leader that he can't even convince half of his own party to unite around him? And he is going to unite the country? Good luck.

Does dwc realize that his/her equation is entirely backwards, and that Democratic registrations are up to their highest levels in many cycles -- tripling in many cases the surge in registrations in 2004 -- and that a higher percentage of Americans identify themselves as Democrats than in recent memory? According to Rasmussen on May 3, "The Democrats now have the largest partisan advantage over the Republicans since Rasmussen Reports began tracking this data on a monthly basis nearly six years ago. During the month of April, 41.4% of Americans considered themselves to be Democrats. Just 31.4% said they were Republicans and 27.2% were not affiliated with either major party...Prior to February of this year, neither party had ever reached the 39% level of support."

What stage of grief is the Hillary campaign in now?

Posted by: Stacey | May 29, 2008 3:28:32 PM

Security at the convention will be extremely tight and I'm sure they'll move in quickly to remove anyone who trys to disrupt this convention!

So long losers!

Posted by: roxanne | May 29, 2008 3:28:46 PM

Gosh, I hope she is just providing latitude so she can work toward unity and not destroying things.

Otherwise, she is like an angry drunk at your party who doesn't want to leave.
