Live From New York, It's Sarah (Tiny Fey) Palin!
September 14, 2008 8:48 AM
ABC News' David Wright and Alyssa Litoff Report: As comedienne Tina Fey debuted her impression of Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin on Saturday Night Live, the governor and her staff were watching from 30,000 feet.
Palin was on board her campaign jet flying from Reno to Denver as 11:30 PM Eastern rolled around. But the show was available on the Jetblue charter's satellite TV system.
Standing alongside SNL cast member Amy Poehler who was impersonating Hillary Clinton, Fey's Palin extolled her foreign policy expertise in a flat midwestern accent: "I can see Russia from my house!"
There were howls of laughter from the sizeable press corps covering Palin's first foray on the campaign trail without her running man as a chaperone.
But, from the front of the plane, silence. The flight attendants assured us Palin and her entourage were watching. What she thought, though, is anybody's guess.
Palin has yet to say so much as hello to the press corps.
The campaign is doing its best to keep Palin well away from inquisitive reporters, going so far as to book the press corps into a separate hotel from the candidate.

To bad Obama put a MUZZLE on his American hating wife until after the election. I think Obama has Rev Wright tied up until after the election.

Its a shame the media still shows its perverted love affair for Obama. How long did the MEDIA sit on the Rev Wright story. Or how the media never reports that Obama used pay to play politics with scum like Rezko.

ABC News' George Stephanopoulos and the rest of the NEWS heads act like sick in love school girls when ever they talk about Obama. You would think they are gay and have an infatuation for Obama. MSNBC is the worst.

ABC is nothing but a free advertising source for Obama. The Wall Street Journal had it right when they said the Major News Media is nothing but over paid PAPARAZZI looking for that perfect picture shot of Obama

Saturday Night Live really bashed Palin last night.
They ridiculed everything about her for not knowing what the Bush doctrine is to her "for the Bridge to Nowhere before was against it".
My husband and I were totally cracking up!

All of America demands Obama release the IP addresses of all the donated internet money. And how much of that really came from big money donors or foreign donors of Islamic countries. If you believe the crock that most of itcame from small donors you need to be whipped and flogged.

The ARMY TIMES has come out AGAINST McCain!
Palin is anything BUT a feminist. Under Palin, Wasilla charged Victims of Rape for Rape kits - Alaska had to enact a law to stop Palin from charging for Rape Kits.

Under Palin, Wasilla charged rape victims for exam
Submitted by admin on September 11, 2008 - 12:01pm.
Two state leaders lashed out at the public record of Gov. Sarah Palin on Wednesday as witnesses in a new "Alaska Mythbusters" forum coordinated by supporters of Democratic presidential candidate Barack Obama.Speaking to a teleconference audience of reporters around the nation, former Gov. Tony Knowles and current Ketchikan Mayor Bob Weinstein -- both Democrats -- accused Palin of misleading the public in her new role as the vice presidential running mate of Arizona Sen. John McCain.
While some of their complaints have already been aired, Knowles broke new ground while answering a reporter's question on whether Wasilla forced rape victims to pay for their own forensic tests when Palin was mayor.
True, Knowles said.Eight years ago, complaints about charging rape victims for medical exams in Wasilla prompted the Alaska Legislature to pass a bill -- signed into law by Knowles -- that banned the practice statewide."There was one town in Alaska that was charging victims for this, and that was Wasilla,"
Knowles saidA May 23, 2000, article in Wasilla's newspaper, The Frontiersman, noted that Alaska State Troopers and most municipal police agencies regularly pay for such exams, which cost between $300 and $1,200 apiece."(But) the Wasilla police department does charge the victims of sexual assault for the tests," the newspaper reported. It also quoted Wasilla Police Chief Charlie Fannon objecting to the law. Fannon was appointed to his position by Palin after her dismissal of the previous police chief. He said it would cost Wasilla $5,000 to $14,000 a year if the city had to foot the bill for rape exams."In the past we've charged the cost of exams to the victims' insurance company when possible," Fannon told the newspaper. "I just don't want to see any more burden put on the taxpayer."An effort to reach Fannon by phone Wednesday was not successful.Knowles and Weinstein also went after the Republican ticket on several statements now airing in campaign ads around the nation, including Palin's claim that she opposed federal money for the "bridge to nowhere."The governor has refused to acknowledge her explicit support for the $230 million Gravina Island Access Project in her effort to sound more like an anti-earmark reformer to a national audience, Weinstein said. And she still supports spending $400 million to $600 million on "the other Bridge to Nowhere," the Knik Arm Crossing, which would provide residents in Palin's hometown of Wasilla faster access to Anchorage, Knowles added."That project is moving right ahead," said Knowles, who served as governor of Alaska from 1994 to 2002. "The money for that project was not diverted anywhere else. ... So (for her) to say she said, 'Thanks, but no thanks....' I would say she said, 'Thanks!'"A phone call to Meg Stapleton, a spokeswoman for the Alaska office of the McCain-Palin campaign, was not returned Wednesday. However, the Republican side lost little time in organizing a national truth squad of its own to battle what it considers "smears" of Palin by Democrats. A list of the names of more than 50 members of a Palin truth team, posted Monday on the Atlantic Monthly magazine Web site, included three Alaskans: Stapleton (a former Palin aide); Kristan Cole, a longtime friend; and Republican Lt. Gov. Sean Parnell. As a former governor, Knowles said, he's reluctant to criticize an active governor. But he decided to make an exception with Palin."In this situation it's not just a sitting governor," he said. "Our current governor is a candidate for the vice presidency and a heartbeat away from the presidency."

The McCain/Palin supporters really need to grow up. Here they are complaining about stupid, petty, trivial things when their VP candidate is increasingly being exposed as a corrupt, unethical, and power hungry person. I've read several articles just this morning about some of the things she's done as governor of Alaska (never mind what she did as mayor of Wasilla). There's a common theme emerging about Sarah Palin and it's pretty ugly. So before the McCain/Palin supporters get all bent out of shape you might want to take a look at your own candidates. John McCain is now being called out as a liar (check the non-partisan groups like factcheck.org and politfact) and Sarah Palin is embroiled in an investigation of abuse of power. Those are real concerns to me and they should be to most Americans. Can we afford 4 more years with a President and VP who show no regard for our country by lying to us and abusing their power when hiring and firing people?

Before you crtizize Palin on experience is that what Obama is lacking. Palin has done more before her 21st birthday while Obama was doing crack at 21. McCain was a POW at 21 serving our country. YOU SCUM BUCKET

Not only did everyone beat the McCain team in defining Sarah Agnew...I mean Palin she provided all the necessary tools to get the job done.
Palin is the gift that keeps on giving, better yet she's sort of like a blessing from God.
