Odell it is very comendable what you do , and you have been doing it for many years. I am a small investor who has been ing rentals for 22 years. I belong to an investor club to continue my realestate education.All their seminars currently are on short sales and making the fast cash now.My interest is in buy, rent and hold for a continous cash flow. My question is how do I find the banks that have forclosures in my area. and how do i deal with them as a small investor that may only want 2 or 3 houses at a time.I'm possibly asking how did you get started.Roger in south New Jersey

Mr. Barnes my wife and I saw the special and hope returned. We lived in Seabrook TX where hurricane IKE took our home. It was a rental and now we have our family living in an apartment complex that even the police don't want to respond to.
