Suspects Never Made It to the U.S.

August 11, 2006 10:37 AM

Brian Ross Reports:

Customs2_nrNone of the 24 suspected British plotters traveled to the United States for test runs, according to intelligence sources.

Approximately two weeks ago, British authorities gave U.S. officials the names of the suspects to run through databases to see if any of the suspects had traveled to the U.S. There were no hits under those names.

British police made the decision to move in and make the arrests early yesterday when they learned several of the men had booked flights to the U.S. in the coming days, for apparent trial runs.

It is time for the United States to wake up and realize that the America we are living in today is different than 200 years ago--call it racism or whatever you like but there should be no time for PC right now!!
It is simple:DO NOT ALLOW VISAS TO ANYONE FROM COUNTRIES WHERE ISLAMIC TERRORITS MAY BE HIDING!NO EXCEPTIONS!
If this change in immigration procedures would insure the safety of the American people or at least minimize the risk of having another September 11th than I am sorry but the American government should really put new immigration rules in place immediately.
And the American society should demand this change of rules instead of worrying what the world will think or whether that would be fair or unfair to other people who believe in Islam but have nothing to do with terrorists.
TOO BAD!!America needs to be safe .

I agree with Eliza.

I am from Africa, but I strongly think that particular nationalities that are dominantly muslim/arabic and have terroristic tendencies should be banned from entry into the Western world. This tactic may hurt other innocent folks, but think of all the Americans and Europeans that are being killed just for the sake of anti-racism. I also realise that there may be economic implications for doing this, but it's better to be safe than sorry.
