Past and future terrorists should be buried in a way to shame them eternally, like burying their ashes wrapped in pigskin. In fact, why not do that for the 9/11 terrorists? I know their bodies are a little "hard to find" especially at this late juncture, but just have someone *official* go to Ground Zero, pick up 19 handfuls of dirt, declare them to be the remains of the bombers, wrap them in pigskins, sealed permanently in clear hardened plastic, and thrown to the bottom of the ocean (no land burial, please). If he is found guilty of treason, and is eligible to die for it, then, since death is a welcome thing to him, maybe his execution, if done at all, should be done silently with no witnesses.
