It isn't the governments fault that they can't profile people. You can thank the ACLU for that one. If the Gov. profiles people the ACLU will cry foul and sue. The ACLU is one of the bigest threats to america. Let them go live in the middle east or beeter yet let the government place all the low lides they get off the hook in houses next to their family! I like what I'm hearing. I thought we had just about all bought into this sensitivity crap. It's good to know that some Americans still want their children to die of old age and not loss of head. I think Len's comment about Sharia not allowing drivers to back up were sarcastic; at least I hope they were. This disease of cultural sensitivity has spread too far, and our disgraceful media has pushed every bit of it. I'm not old enough to remember a time when the media was pro-American values. Not many people are. We are at war, and the difficult part of this is that we're not at war with another country; we're at war with another ideology. That ideology has spread like a frightening disease that prevents logical thinking. We need to profile because I haven't seen a whole lot of terrorists lately that aren't of middle eastern descent. If we had a surge of 80 year old grandmother high-jackers we would have an OBLIGATION to profile 80 year old grandmas. That's all.

I'm sure when the koran was written thousands of years ago it would forbid muslims from operating something backwardsthat isn't even in existence yet. The simple truth is there is no wrong answer or right answer. Racial profiling is a necessary factor as it helps greatly to reduce threats not only to the US but to the UK as well if u remember attempted terriorst plot in the UK awhile back. Is it right? no as it violates innocent cilvians and does cause harm but it does help to save lives. Stories just like this guy where someone thought he was a danger to the community. Is he? most likely but we should be keep our county ideology and continue to believe in innocent before guilty and if found guilty then put him away. The horrible truth is we aren't fighting a county but an ideal that has warped the thoughts of others into beliving violence will solve something, that there's a point to blowing up a building.
