Muslim Brit Soldier Targeted for Kidnapping, Beheading

A British soldier who was both a Muslim and a Pakistani was the target of the Birmingham area fundamentalist plot to torture and behead the soldier in England and then distribute video of the gruesome acts, ABC News has learned.
It is the first kidnapping and beheading plot known to have been planned for execution in Europe or anywhere else outside of the Middle East and southwest Asia in the current war on terror.
Nine alleged kidnap plotters -- all reportedly of Pakistani descent and all reportedly members of the same Birmingham mosque -- have been arrested in the plot, British authorities said.

The soldier is now in protective police custody, two sources tell ABC News.

I didn't know that people who are against freedom of speech and religion; who are against women's rights, and who kill homosexuals, are freedom fighers. My mistake.

What is up with these Muslim kids in Britain? They've been given the opportunity to make something of themselves, yet want only to bite the hand that has generously and lavishly fed them. What is the definition of treason under British law...?

Does one really believe that GOD, regardless of which God one believes in, will reward them for killing something he created (another human). I honestly don't think that most Muslims believe that they will be rewarded for acts of inhumanity, but if they do, then a certain clash of beliefs is just around the corner, and trust me, fighting on horseback, with small arms won't spell victory for these individuals :-). Just a little FYI.

As an American Christian & an ex-marine, I never understood the sectarian violence in the Balkans. How could humans hate each other so much just because of religous differences? Thanks to the Islamists & their ilk, I do and it is the most difficult spiritual battle of my life not to hate them back.
