Accused Daughter Molester Nabbed in China

A Washington state man accused of videotaping himself molesting his own young daughter and posting the recording on the Internet has been apprehended in China.
Kenneth John Freeman, 44, was arrested in Hong Kong Tuesday by Chinese authorities, acting on a formal request by the U.S. State Department, according to a press release issued this morning by the U.S. Marshals Service.
The apprehension concludes a two-year worldwide manhunt for Freeman, who was considered one of the top 15 most wanted fugitives by the U.S. Marshals, which coordinates efforts to capture unregistered sex offenders and individuals charged with child abuse.
The case against Freeman was the focus of an "America's Most Wanted" episode last December. On the show, his daughter, now a teenager, described what her father had done in making the video, which has been among the most popular downloads for pedophiles in recent years, according to the U.S. Marshals Service.
A joint investigative team of local and federal law enforcement discovered in April that Freeman, who they believed was living in China but working for a U.S. company, was planning to travel to Hong Kong. The State Department relayed the information to Chinese authorities, who agreed to help.
Freeman fought with his apprehenders, injuring four before succumbing, according to the release.
He now faces extradition to the United States under a standing U.S.-Hong Kong extradition treaty. Once here, he will face federal prosecution.

His own daughter? And on top of that he puts it on the internet for others to see? No matter what punishment he gets, it surely cant be enough.

Praise God he was caught!!! I hope he does a long time in prison (assuming some savvy defense lawyer doesn't get him off the hook; don't mock because it does happen). Castration might not be a bad option for this man, too. People like him are evil.
I hope his daughter is able to recover from the trauma and have a normal life.

Well the Chinese should treat this guys offenses like stealing. They chop your hands off. I guess they should cut his privates off since he commited the crime with his privates.

My prayers are with his daughter that She may heal and find peace. As far as he goes, no punishment is good enough for him. I hope he is tormented for years thinking of what he did. I hope other prisoners know of his story. He won't be around long. He is a disgrace to the human race.

Truly a sicko. The worst should happen to this detestable father, who sexually abused his daughter AND put those photos on the Internet. Obviously he is dangerous to society including the guys who tried to arrest him. May God give strength & healingto his daughter.

You guys need to remember: it was the hard work of real people that brought this man down. I see an awful lot of credit being given to invisibile beings for his capture but not a lot to the real people who did the work.
Not to mention the fact that invisible beings didn't do anything BEFORE all that hard work was done to prevent the crime or to bring him to justice.

I thought I was reading incorrectly. when in fact this dreadful ordeal is reality. This man is a menace to society and should be subjected to ultimate punishment.

Remember what happened to Jeffrey Dahmer when he went to prison? Prison guards will turn the other way and close their eyes and this "disgrace to the human race" will get what is coming to him.
I also pray for his daughter to be healed from such traumatic evil at the hands of her own father. It's unthinkable!
I also pray that the video he launched on the internet will be destroyed.

I am sickened that this man that was supposed to love and protect his daughter used her for his own gratification and then put her on the internet. He is a pervert of the worst kind.
I pray to God that he will grant peace and serenity to his daughter and that she will know that none of this is her fault and she will be able to move on and be a productive member of society.
As far as I am concerned these sexual deviants should be locked away for life where they can't hurt anyone anymore. And, yes the inmates will hopefully let him know what it is like to be a vulnerable human being and inflict their wrath on him.
What a retched piece of humanity.

Great job from the marshalls. But I'm afraid he may get a lawyer better than the prosecutor and walks. Wish he would be tried in China. Here in the US there is Law but it doesn't necessary means there is justice. There will be plenty of people here that will defend this monster, while in any other part of the world (I believe so) the moment he walks in the court he is already guilty. Now, this is justice.
