Exclusive: Suicide Bomb Teams Sent to U.S., Europe
June 18, 2007 4:45 PM
Large teams of newly trained suicide bombers are being sent to the United States and Europe, according to evidence contained on a new videotape obtained by the Blotter on ABCNews.com.
Teams assigned to carry out attacks in the United States, Canada, Great Britain and Germany were introduced at an al Qaeda/Taliban training camp graduation ceremony held June 9.
A Pakistani journalist was invited to attend and take pictures as some 300 recruits, including boys as young as 12, were supposedly sent off on their suicide missions.

The tape shows Taliban military commander Mansoor Dadullah, whose brother was killed by the U.S. last month, introducing and congratulating each team as they stood.
"These Americans, Canadians, British and Germans come here to Afghanistan from faraway places," Dadullah says on the tape. "Why shouldn't we go after them?"
The leader of the team assigned to attack Great Britain spoke in English.
"So let me say something about why we are going, along with my team, for a suicide attack in Britain," he said. "Whether my colleagues, companions and Muslim brothers die today or tonight, every drop of our blood will invigorate the Muslim (unintelligible)."

U.S. intelligence officials described the event as another example of "an aggressive and sophisticated propaganda campaign."
Others take it very seriously.
"It doesn't take too many who are willing to actually do it and be able to slip through the net and get into the United States or England and cause a lot of damage," said ABC News consultant Richard Clarke, the former White House counterterrorism official.

The fruits of our evil labors are coming to bear and now innocent civilians will likely pay for the mistakes made by the leadership (or lack thereof) of our country.

They were coming regardless what we did after 9/11.

Yeah, it is definitely our president's fault, muslim extremists did not harbor any hatred towards the west before Bush took office. (sarcarsm...) Do some research before posting here.

Noel is right. Muslim extremists have been behind bombings a lot longer than Bush has been president. Do you people think they would stop if Bush pulled all our military out of the desert today? If you think so, you are not very educated as to the cause/effect that it takes for the extremists to plot such things as this. Instead of yelling at/against Bush, why not yell at/against the idiots who send these young children out to commit these missions?

What are you saying, Noel? You mean there actually were Muslim extremists before Bush took office? Wow. That's not what St. Cindy Sheehan told me!
Posted by: David | Jun 18, 2007 5:17:38 PM
@ Noel - where have you been? My question is...why didn't the recons paste the camp and light it up before the kiddy bombers left? Be PROACTIVE!

Too bad we didn't go after where the worst terrorists were instead of Iraq. Now we have more in Iraq AND more in Pakistan, etc.
Posted by: PLP | Jun 18, 2007 5:19:14 PM
MI5 and MI6 are aware of homegrown terrorists who have recieved training in Afghanistan and Pakistan. At the last count 2000 individuals of Pakistani descent are being monitored.
Woodhill High Security Prison in Milton Keynes is currently full of these individuals awaiting trial.
There are also 2 juveniles who have recieved this training held at Maidstone Prison
UK security forces are currently on top of the situation, but we have to be lucky everytime. The enemy only has to be lucky once.
Today the Pakistani Minister of Religious Affairs called for Suicide bombings in the UK. With friends like that we don't need to many enemies.

These people have had it out for the US for a long time. This only the begining of a world war 3. The only way they'll be happy is when the whole world blows up.

Afghanistan is where we should have put most of our troops not Iraq. The White House wants to stop the war on terror but they put the troops in the wrong country. Remove the troops from Iraq put them in Afghanistan and get the job done once and for all.

Of course there were NO suicide bombers before Bush took office. Don't be silly. It's all our fault! Everyone knows that.

Propaganda? How can anyone tell the difference? No one took Bin Laden seriously, either. Time to take border security seriously, ya think?
Posted by: BJ | Jun 18, 2007 5:23:58 PM
I bet you can't wait for thatday, Jack.
Posted by: Will | Jun 18, 2007 5:23:58 PM
We need more troops in both Afghanistan and Iraq. Both are breeding grounds for terrorist cells.

Andyin, I hope that is sarcasm I read in your statement.
Border security is a key to keeping our these people out. They need to closed, today. And anyone here illegally needs to be sent home, no amnesty, no government hand outs. Send them home and close the doors until these threats have at least lessened.

I have always said that we, here in America, have been too lucky for too long to avoid the death squads that we see and hear about in the barbarian world. I truly believe that what happened at 9/11/2001 was only the tip of the iceberg for things to come. Maybe its time to prepare for the future. I mean life after death. Are you ready to meet your maker? The choice is yours. The trip is free to the Heaven but you have to purchase your tickets now. John 3:16.

Yeah it was. There is no one answer that is going to fix the pronblems in the east. don't forget our president is an elected official and half of this country did elect him TWICE

Just remember to thank the left-wing ACLU and those who hold liberal movie stars' political stances above our own government and military leaders when these people are able to sneak into our country and kill innocent American citizens because it's "not nice" to racially profile or tap phones or halt student visas.
