Exclusive: Suicide Bomb Teams Sent to U.S., Europe
June 18, 2007 4:45 PM
Large teams of newly trained suicide bombers are being sent to the United States and Europe, according to evidence contained on a new videotape obtained by the Blotter on ABCNews.com.
Teams assigned to carry out attacks in the United States, Canada, Great Britain and Germany were introduced at an al Qaeda/Taliban training camp graduation ceremony held June 9.
A Pakistani journalist was invited to attend and take pictures as some 300 recruits, including boys as young as 12, were supposedly sent off on their suicide missions.

The tape shows Taliban military commander Mansoor Dadullah, whose brother was killed by the U.S. last month, introducing and congratulating each team as they stood.
"These Americans, Canadians, British and Germans come here to Afghanistan from faraway places," Dadullah says on the tape. "Why shouldn't we go after them?"
The leader of the team assigned to attack Great Britain spoke in English.
"So let me say something about why we are going, along with my team, for a suicide attack in Britain," he said. "Whether my colleagues, companions and Muslim brothers die today or tonight, every drop of our blood will invigorate the Muslim (unintelligible)."

U.S. intelligence officials described the event as another example of "an aggressive and sophisticated propaganda campaign."
Others take it very seriously.
"It doesn't take too many who are willing to actually do it and be able to slip through the net and get into the United States or England and cause a lot of damage," said ABC News consultant Richard Clarke, the former White House counterterrorism official.

Bush had nothing to do with the terrorists wanting to come here. They were here long before he was in office. They hate the Western Idological Influence thats put on their culture. They hate the commercialization of the western culture into their society. Many of these nut jobs are brought up in the religious schools over there and are fed hate by their Imans for years. The money for these schools come from other parts of the Middle East. Semi-stable middle eastern countries throw out their radicals where they move to Pakiastan and other countries without immigration control (hint). Those radicals propagate the hatred even more by wanting to live like they are in the 7th century. If they had their way everyone who was not a Muslim Extremist would have their head put on a stake in their front yard, even children - thats what we are up against. This is not just Bush's problem, its all of ours. Don't under-estimate them, they really want to kill you or anyone they can.

Word has it. They have been disguising themselves as Mexicans to sneak across the border.
Posted by: Jack | Jun 18, 2007 5:34:38 PM
All the more reason to put up a fence between us and Mexico. All this PC crap has to stop as well. If the people who want to kill us are young Muslims, that's who we should restrict from entering the US for any reason.

Anyone who thinks that "we" are responsible for these pathetic death dealing nut jobs, is a person who argues his point with the certainty of a moron. I would suggest that we just bomb them back to the stone age but I honestly think that they are still there. There's nothing much a civilized people can say about a group of sub humans who will strap bombs on their children and themselves because they think that God would be pleased. But there is something that a civilized people can and should do.

I haven't seen that one yet, andyin, that's great!
Posted by: ARSailorMom | Jun 18, 2007 5:45:12 PM
Some of these nut jobs are going to get a hold of some real weapons of mass destruction (maybe even nukes if Iran has anything to say about it) and they WILL smuggle them into the U.S. If they get away with one they will bury it somewhere and keep smuggling them in until they figure they have enough or until they finally get caught, in either case they will then set them all off at once. Think about it, what if they get say 10 nukes into this country or 20....plant them in the 10 to 20 biggest cities......I believe this scenario will happen at some point in our not too distant future and I'm not sure we can do anything about it before it happens. After it happens will be left up to those of us who are still around I guess.

Frankly, the average American could careless. A nuke could go off in DC and people would be more interested in what Parris Hilton is doing in jail. The world is at war and for most folks their attitude is, "So what... not interested." It is a sorry state of affairs but true.

Pakistan Has been fooling west from the begining playing a dual role, they have harboured trained and supported these militiants from the begining,i wonder why doesnt west understands pakistan and its establishment is responsible and will continue to promote islamic extremists.

You know this may be a good time to build the wall promised to us in the 86 Kennedy bill. Mexico is a breeding ground for terrorism and a pipeline to undermine our security. If Bush would built it then the Islamofacists might not have an entry point.

I thought we were fighting them over there so we won't fight them over here?
Everything the Bush neo-cons touch turns to lead.

Sorry Orivon, but western imperialism in the mideast for the past couple of centuries are a big reason why they hate us over there. Sure, Wahhabism is a despicable death cult, but they're not coming at us because we have a free frolicing fun country. They hate us because post-colonial rule we still stick our grubby fingers into the region. We've supported every secular government possible, and the biggest thorn of all, we support their most hated enemy Israel. So don't fool yourself into thinking these big red targets were painted on our countries because we're such swell lovely people. We're now kicking a hornets' nest that we've been tossing small rocks at for decades.

If we would enforce the border we might actually have a chance of catching these people.
Posted by: Philip | Jun 18, 2007 5:52:49 PM
Don't worry, we're fighting them there so they won't come here. Oh, eh wait...

Once we start to question our government and the system of power we are all a part of, in my opinion, the terrorists are winning. They hate democracy and what we are, if we don't have one vision about what to do and stand behind it 100%, they are getting what they want.
Posted by: Jeff | Jun 18, 2007 5:53:27 PM
It didn't matter what we did or do in the middle east. they are going to attack us no matter what. To those who say we should pull out of Iraq, if they can't attack us there, there will be nothing left for them to do except attack us here in the United States.

I live in San Diego and have ridden the fence on my bike, we can't keep uneducated peons out with that fence, a trained whacko we be over it and in the malls next week. Good luck all!

kids young as twelve carrying out suicide missions are not full of hate and evil by nature. They are kids.....its the older radicals that teach this crap is who we need to be targeting

Huh??? What about the 2001 Twin Towers, 1997 Fatwa by Osama, 1993 Trade Center attack, hi-jacked planes in the 70's and 80's remember Entebbe? The Israeli wars of the 60's on and on back even before the Palestine riots of 1929 and the massacre of Jews at the wall.
Brian Ross and ABC must be pleased that their propaganda campaign has so fully expunged the historical data banks from the minds of their collective viewer/reader base.
I guess since history and an objective perspective of the facts are not in lockstep with the Ross/ABC agenda it would be best if every body just repeats after me. Terrorist didn't exist before George W. Bush. No matter what it is it's W's fault. Blame Bush, Blame Bush, Blame Bush (come on everybody join in, its fun don't think or learn your history just join in) Blame Bush, Blame Bush, if anyone disagrees with you bring out the ad hominem attacks and use your pejoratives. Call them a brain dead Fox watcher or a dirty neo-con (it doesn't matter if you don't know how to define a neo-con it sounds bad) Blame Bush, Blame Bush...Come on everybody...Blame Bush...

It's complete crap, why would the Taliban want photos of the prospective bombers published before they carried out their attacks? This is just propaganda.
