Ya know, his words sound earily like those of the radical left associated with Moveon. I wouldn't be surprised if Moveone. produced the video with a bin laden lookalike. After all, the last thing liberals and democrats want is for a Republican President to win a war. The political consequences of that would be devastating to the Democrat party. This is why they have been bad mouthing Bush from the onset of the war. They absolutely could not and can not afford to have a Republican win or they would be out of power for a long time.

How many times do our leaders need to tell us things which later turn out to blatantly false (known as a "lie" outside the political arena), before everything they spout starts to sound like someone trying to sell you a condo timeshare? In the case of the present crude video, what possible benefit would Osama derive from whipping us into a murderous rage--this time against Iran? Who benefits? It's certainly not you or me. I read all of this nonsense, and remember that both the Democrats and Republicans voted for the war in Iraq. We all agreed to the war in Afghanistan because that is where Bin Laden was..
What amazes me is the lack of understanding of History.
We waited for Hitler to become a major player and in doing so 10 million died. 250,000 American Men and Women died fighting that war.

Why would the government fake something like this? To do it they need a reason, and I don't see one. The troop levels in Iraq have not come down, the Bush administration still has free reign despite losing control of certain publicly driven constituents in our government...I don't see the angle here. They haven't paid any attention to what the American public thinks thus far, so I can't believe that this is meant as a misdirection scheme aimed at us.

1. There are ALWAYS 2 sides to every story; I would love to have the opportunity to hear, albeit posthumously, what the German and Japanese soldiers who died in WW2 thought they were doing for their country.
